Automatic Logout Concerns
Hello, I am consistently being logged out of the MailJet platform after what seems to be only 20-30 minutes. This has been consistent for me since I started using MailJet, and is particularly frustrating. I'm not sure what causes this automatic log-out, but it would be very convenient if we had some control or options regarding this.

Improve customer service
Allow clients to access Support. We created a ticket, received a response not related to the ticket and advice our query would be forwarded to App Support Team, then a few days later get another email from Mailjet asking us to follow up on the response whereas response said that App Support Team would get in touch with us. Seems one part of the business doesn't talk to another and no way to contact Mailjet to clarify this

Domain Validations in Bulk
As a user of Mailjet, I would like the ability to add complete domains to (sub)accounts in bulk.
Currently the way to do it is to do this per 1 domain. You first have to validate it, then you get forwarded to the screen for SPF/DKIM.
I know you can theoretically setup SPF/DKIM ahead of time as this is the same for all the domains.However, as a customer with many domains, I would like the ability to add for example ~25 domains in one go. Then provide me all the validation TXT-records, and validate them in the background.

2FA on sub-accounts
I have a sub-account and would like to be able to enable 2FA.
A sub-account has access to PII in the same way as a primary account, and it would be good to be able to afford it the same level of protection against compromise.

SSO + Two Factor Authentication
Currently an account cannot use both two-factor authentication and SSO simultaneously. This means:
1) Any account using SSO has an insecure owner login (as it cannot use SSO and with SSO enabled cannot use two-factor auth)
2) Any account using two-factor auth has insecure shared user accounts or cannot share accessIt is important for the owner account to be able to login without SSO, just in case anything goes wrong with this configuration. However having SSO enabled should not prevent the owner account from being able to use two-factor and therefore be as secure as possible.

A/B Testing Results Email Need to Work with Shared-Access Users
Even in instances when a shared-access user is the one creating/sending/scheduling an email they do not receive the A/B testing results email which is particularly problematic when the A/B winner is being chosen manually. Because only the account owner receives the email it is their responsibility to choose the winner or further remind the shared-access user that a winner needs to be selected.
Possible solutions to this problem:
- The email goes to (or goes to in addition to the owner) the user that scheduled the A/B test.

Extend Log In Time & Add Refresh Button to Stats Page
It would be great if you changed the time out for login to a bit longer it seems like I'm always logging back in. Also it would be fantastic if you put a refresh button on the stats page instead of having to reload the page using the search bar. Thanks for considering these requests. Have a nice day. Multiple accounts on one email address
It would be great if you could set up a login system whereby one email could be used to log into multiple accounts.
Eg. instead of using an email address you rather have a User ID.
Why you might ask?
I do newsletters for various customers and currently, they cannot add me as a user because my email address is already linked to an account. So they rather send me their user login for me to use. Meaning we are both logged in under one user, making it difficult to see who did what.

On https://app.mailjet.com/account/subscription page in detailed plans info (table) I see wrongly written "250 per day" for free plan, whereas it should be 200

Hace poco tuvimos un bloqueo temporal de correo por el cual perdimos algún contrato. El problema es que los correos no son rebotados y no supimos que la cuenta estaba bloqueada hasta que entramos al panel de mailjet. Os pedimos que si realizar dicha acción mandéis un correo avisando para así poder entrar en el panel y saber que pasa. También sería adecuado para agilizar los tiempos que mandarais en porque ha sido bloqueado para poder aportar pruebas o poder tomar cualquier medida que nos sea necesaria.

I would like to be able to receive alerts (via email or SMS) when I am approaching a threshold of number of emails sent from my account. This could help catch runaway processes or abuse.

Lorsqu'on gère plusieurs sous-comptes (avec re-facturation derrière, dans notre cas nous sommes une agence web), il serait intéressant de pouvoir acheter un pack d'emails supplémentaires à assigner à un sous-compte en particulier. Master-Account user should be able to set returnpath for subaccounts
Currenlty only Mailjet Support can set ReturnPath. We have hundreds of subaccounts and Mailjet involement is needed for the return Path Setting.
In order to reduce effort on Mailjet side and also to help us in managing our own subaccounts better, it would be helpful that the Master-Account user is able to do the reurn path setting. If adding this to the frontend takes to much time, it would be enough as a first step, just to have an API for setting the returnpath.2 votes -
Feedback after clicking validation email
As a user I want to see feedback after clicking a validation email link so that I know if my sender address was validated or that I need to undertake an action.
In my case:
I added a sender to a SUB API KEY. I got the validation mail and then clicked it. It took me to the "account -> senders & domains" page (OF MY MASTER ACCOUNT) but didn't give me any feedback.
My assumption is that the activation succeeded. Then when I try to send an e-mail using the new sender, I've got another mail from Mailjet saying…

More permission levels for campaigns
Our new process of building campaigns needs more granular control of the permission levels.
We are using 5 templates per sub-account that are built by our design team and published, and then our marketing coordinators create campaigns from these. Because we work with 22 international automotive brands we then need to check the content, we also try to peer review before campaigns are sent.
