2. Remove the Google Recaptcha, when user also have 2FA enabled.

   It takes tooooo long to tick off all the right images. Many times I will have to do 4-5 rounds of images. No good!! 2FA should be more than enough.

4. 2FA on sub-accounts

   I have a sub-account and would like to be able to enable 2FA.

   A sub-account has access to PII in the same way as a primary account, and it would be good to be able to afford it the same level of protection against compromise.

5. Currency option

   The billing currency is decided upon account creation, after it's set it is unable to be altered. It might be a good idea to let the Mailjet customers have the option of at least two currencies, US$ and Euros, so that they can opt for one or another even after the account is set up, without having to delete an account and re-create one. 6. SSO + Two Factor Authentication

   Currently an account cannot use both two-factor authentication and SSO simultaneously. This means:
   1) Any account using SSO has an insecure owner login (as it cannot use SSO and with SSO enabled cannot use two-factor auth)
   2) Any account using two-factor auth has insecure shared user accounts or cannot share access

   It is important for the owner account to be able to login without SSO, just in case anything goes wrong with this configuration. However having SSO enabled should not prevent the owner account from being able to use two-factor and therefore be as secure as possible.

8. More permission levels for campaigns

   Our new process of building campaigns needs more granular control of the permission levels.

   We are using 5 templates per sub-account that are built by our design team and published, and then our marketing coordinators create campaigns from these. Because we work with 22 international automotive brands we then need to check the content, we also try to peer review before campaigns are sent.

   Can we have similar permission controls to the template levels, a user can create a campaign draft, and then it had to be published/approved by a user with a higher level before being able to be sent. Maybe an easier option would be to remove the ability to send off a user.

9. A/B Testing Results Email Need to Work with Shared-Access Users

   Even in instances when a shared-access user is the one creating/sending/scheduling an email they do not receive the A/B testing results email which is particularly problematic when the A/B winner is being chosen manually. Because only the account owner receives the email it is their responsibility to choose the winner or further remind the shared-access user that a winner needs to be selected.

   Possible solutions to this problem:
   - The email goes to (or goes to in addition to the owner) the user that scheduled the A/B test.
   - When scheduling an A/B test manually you can specify a user to be emailed to choose the winner
   - The settings screen allows users to be designated as receiving these types of notification emails

   Even in instances when a shared-access user is the one creating/sending/scheduling an email they do not receive the A/B testing results email which is particularly problematic when the A/B winner is being chosen manually.     I would like that the people I share my account with only have access to some shared email templates and not to the whole one. The same goes for the contact lists.
    For clarity let's say I have email templates named A, B and C
    I want the account with which I share the subscription to have access only to template A and not to see B and C. At the moment he sees and has access to 3. This feature would be very useful and easier to manage several sub-accounts with different accesses

13. Can-Spam-Act

    CAN-SPAM, a direct response of the growing number of complaints over spam e-mails,[7] defines a "commercial electronic mail message" as "any electronic mail message the primary purpose of which is the commercial advertisement or promotion of a commercial product or service (including content on an Internet website operated for a commercial purpose)." It exempts "transactional or relationship messages." The FTC issued final rules[8] (16 CFR 316) clarifying the phrase "primary purpose" on December 16, 2004. Previous state laws had used bulk (a number threshold), content (commercial), or unsolicited to define spam. The explicit restriction of the law to commercial e-mails is widely considered by those in the industry[9][10] to essentially exempt purely political and religious e-mail from its specific requirements. Such non-commercial messages also have stronger First Amendment protection, as shown in Jaynes v. Commonwealth.[11]

    Congress determined that the US government was showing an increased interest in the regulation of commercial electronic mail nationally, that those who send commercial e-mails should not mislead recipients over the source or content of them, and that all recipients of such emails have a right to decline them.[7] However, CAN-SPAM does not ban spam emailing outright, but imposes laws on using deceptive marketing methods through headings that are "materially false or misleading". In addition there are conditions that email marketers must meet in terms of their format, their content, and labeling.[7] The three basic types of compliance defined in the CAN-SPAM Act—unsubscribe, content, and sending behavior — are as follows:

    Unsubscribe compliance
    A visible and operable unsubscribe mechanism is present in all emails.
    Consumer opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.[12]
    Opt-out lists also known as suppression lists are used only for compliance purposes.
    Content compliance
    Accurate "From" lines[13]
    Relevant subject lines (relative to offer in body content and not deceptive)[13]
    A legitimate physical address of the publisher or advertiser is present. PO Box addresses are acceptable in compliance with 16 CFR 316.2 and if the email is sent by a third party, the legitimate physical address of the entity, whose products or services are promoted through the email should be visible.
    A label is present if the content is adult.
    Sending behavior compliance
    A message cannot be sent without an unsubscribe option.
    A message cannot contain a false header
    A message should contain at least one sentence.[14]
    A message cannot be null.[14]
    Unsubscribe option should be below the message.[15]
    There are no restrictions against a company emailing its existing customers or anyone who has inquired about its products or services, even if these individuals have not given permission, as these messages are classified as "relationship" messages under CAN-SPAM.[16] But when sending unsolicited commercial emails, it must be stated that the email is an advertisement or a marketing solicitation. Note that recipients who have signed up to receive commercial messages from you are exempt from this rule.

    If a user opts out, a sender has ten days to cease sending and can use that email address only for compliance purposes. The legislation also prohibits the sale or other transfer of an e-mail address after an opt-out request. The law also requires that the unsubscribe mechanism must be able to process opt-out requests for at least 30 days after the transmission of the original message.[17]

    My interpretation of the CAN_SPAM ACT, correct me if I'm wrong, states that it is permissible to send unsolicitated messages as long as you are in compliance as referenced above. IF they can opt-out, I send only legal material,and nothing I send is misleading, I should be able to send bulk emails. I don't understand why your policies are so restrictive, but under the circumstances, I can, and will, only use your service when and if I get a list of opted in subscribers by some other means. Also, before having someone go through all of the trouble to create an email that is just about to be sent out THEN producing the, "I CERTIFY" Pledge, could have saved at least an hour of my time had I known that beforehand.

15. Reviewing Time Zones to have Standard List

    For whatever reason, the Account time zones has no GMT +2 times for Europe. There are several EET countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, Romania and Lithuania.

    Feels very weird to be sending messages from Helsinki, Finland, and selecting the current time zone of Beirut, Gaza, Cairo, Jerusalem, Syria or Harare.

    Typically time zones come in a standard list, which lists Helsinki-- but the one now in use is some non-standard list. There might be some other anomalies as well, so might be worth just using some other standard list.

18. Extend Log In Time & Add Refresh Button to Stats Page

    It would be great if you changed the time out for login to a bit longer it seems like I'm always logging back in.
