  8. All campaigns are deleted after 13 months. Not just the stats or the related list of users, but the campaign and his data (subject, template, etc.). There is no reason for this deletion, RGPD is users and stats related only.

  9. I would like to do 1 or 2 question surveys in my newsletter and you don't have that function available and I think you should. Surveys are a great way to interact with the audience you're trying to reach

  12. It's possible to schedule campaigns using a TZ (for example "Hobart GMT+10"), however Hobart has Daylight Savings (DST) during summer. In this case the TZ for Hobart is actually GMT+11.

    I had a situation recently where I was "in GMT+10", but scheduling a message after the rollover to DST, and I wasn't clear when the message would actually be delivered.

    Can the wording / communication on the user interface be improved, to clarify when the message will actually be sent? (hopefully this would be simple).

    Ideally the system would become more DST aware, so that if you schedule a meeting…

    first off all thank you for the quick support solutions. second is I have some issues with mallet let me adresi them to you.
    1.i want to set my campaign language to Turkish because unsubscribe page is all English my subscribers won't be able to understand the page.
    2. confirmation mail; when my new audience came to my site they asked to confirm their permission again via mail it is too confusing for my audience it would have been nice touch to select it as an option

  15. Hi. I have seen many people in online forums have suggested this over the past few years. I would like to include a "forward to a friend" button in my newsletters. Readers could then be encouraged to easily forward it to a colleague. That colleague would both be able to read the newsletter and have a simple method for subscribing themselves. Thank you.

    "Click here to add us to your address book so your emails don’t get stuck in inbox limbo"
    How can we make it automatic? I mean that when they click on it, our email goes directly to the inbox. Feature, code or something will be appreciated.

  17. Es wäre total super, wenn in der Kampagnenübersicht - insbesondere bei den Versendeten Mails - auch die dazugehörige Kontaktliste stehen würde. Also, dass man auf einem Blick sieht, wer die Mail erhalten hat. :)

    It would be great if the campaign overview - especially the sent mails - would also show the corresponding contact list. So that you can see at a glance who has received the mail. :)

  19. Für eine bessere Übersicht wäre es super, wenn man sehen könnte wann eine Kampagne angelegt wurde. :) Insbesondere hilfreich bei wechselnden Bearbeiter:innen.

    For a better overview it would be great to see when a campaign was created. :) Especially helpful for changing editors.

  20. Il est vraiment dommage de ne pas conserver les anciennes campagnes. Il est franchement nécessaire de retrouver toutes les anciennes campagnes !
