Group campaigns by categories or tags using UTMs
Currently, the UTM settings are set on the account and enable to do tracking on a campaign level. I would like to be able to also do tracking on campaign category level, for example to group independently weekly and daily newsletters.
One way to do this could be to override UTM settings at the campaign level.

Full Account Stats - Executive Dashboard
Top level Account/Sub-Account page showing high level statistics for each sub account. Have the same data range selector capability to show today, 7 days, etc. but show the graphs and totals for each on the same page along with an aggregate section of the entire account. This is more inline with an executive dashboard, having to go through menus to see each sub-account individually and manually calculate aggregate numbers is time consuming and ridiculous.

optimize analytics functionality
As suggested by Svilen in #2142368 I'd like to suggest an improvement for your product team: As a customer administrator, I would like to gain more insights to the send eMails (campaign and transactional eMails via API and SMTP), so that I can better investigate in case of wrongly send messages. One thing I would like to see is the send messages over time per FROM address.
Currently I could only use API to get data and analysis by my own. Assuming that I'm not the only customer with the statistic demand, it would wasted time if every customer would…

Analytics reports in PDF format
I propose to put the reports in PDF format with tables and diagrams as presented on your site. This would be much more useful and convenient and is what other emailing services (your competitors) offer.
It is not easy to analyze a csv file and keep it in the archives.

Alert threshold for Soft Bounces
When going close or above a certain threshold rate for Hardbounces, Spam Complaints, Unsubs etc. , a client will receive an automatic email.
Would it be possible to generate the same or a similar alert for Softbounces as a Softbounce can be a sign of poor deliverability.

See open rates by ISP over the total of emails sent, not opened
Right now, the percentage of open rates by ISP is calculated over the total opens. I would like to see the percentage calculated over the total number of emails sent instead.

Apple Privacy Policy
In regard to Apple Privacy Policy matter, is there any news about how Mailjet would address this challenge?. I've noticed how other email marketing tools are upgrading their events webhook with extra information, so it can be possible to identify suspicious openings triggered by Apple MPP activity.

Stats area should include how many new subscribers in the last day/week/month and compare to averages and previous period etc
It would be really nice to be able to sort Contacts by their sign up date field, in reverse chronological order, within the dashboard. That way we can see all the new sign ups without having to export the entire list and sort in Excel.
