  7. Any clicks and open events are registered in statistics, even if they were performed by bots or security systems. Currently you don't offer an option to differentiate those clicks/opens. So basically, the campaign metrics are nearly worthless without this knowledge, as we truly do not know who really opened and clicked. We have been doing follow ups the clicks and getting people telling us that they never opened and clicked on the email. Very frustrating. I highly recommend you fix this or I will need to move to another provider who does.

  8. Nous avons régulièrement des campagnes pour lesquels le taux de clics dépasse les 100%, généralement associées à un nombre d'import de clics à 00:00'00" ou sans information horaire.

    Il nous a été indiqué que cela correspondait à des campagnes de vérifications gmail et/ou à des outils anti-spam et/ou à des clics faits automatiquement par des robots.

    Nous pouvons l'entendre et nous savons que les autres routeurs d'emails rencontrent des problèmes similaires, mais les statistiques sont alors inexploitables au niveau du BO mailjet et cela fait de nombreux mois que nous l'avons signalé.

  10. AB testing transactional emails
    It would be important to be able to AB test not just campaigns, but transactional emails as well. This would also require detailed open and click rate statistics for each transactional email type.

  11. It would be a great advantage to be able to sort your campaigns by all values such as opens, clicks and emails, so that the campaign with the most clicks appears at the top and the one with the second highest etc.

  12. Had a problem with statistics with multiple cases of 10+ individuals from the same company clicking on all of the links. In some cases 10+ links, which is obviously not accurate analytics, and i have no idea who is actually reacting to campaigns.

    It was explained in writing by support as
    "I spoke to someone about this and apparently some security software will automatically open the links in a message to check for viruses. It seems like this is what's causing those click events. I hadn't run into that before so it doesn't seem to be common. This shouldn't cause…

  14. It would be great if we could segment/filter the stats page by template name so that we can see how specific email templates are performing. The aggregate report is nice to have but doesn't tell us much information about each template

  15. Currently there is a delay between when you select a date range and click the load button for statistics and the actual display.
    It could be good to have like a buffering image or something while we wait for the statistics to actually be displayed.

  16. There is still no option to use anonymized statistics (open rate and click rate). Right now, the only option that Mailjet offers is personalized statistics. But according to GDPR, every recipient has to explicitly agree that his/her personal data is used for statistics (there even has to be an option when signing up for the newsletter so that people can sign up without their personal data being used for statistics – meaning that if one person does not agree to that, you can not use any personalized data at all in your statistics).   17. I'd really like to have some basic stats about my contacts/audience/lists. Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see any chart that shows, for instance, how many new subscribers I'm getting each day.

    One of my big goals is growing my list, but it makes it difficult to track when there aren't any nice charts like Mailchimp provides!

  18. Currently, the UTM settings are set on the account and enable to do tracking on a campaign level. I would like to be able to also do tracking on campaign category level, for example to group independently weekly and daily newsletters.

    One way to do this could be to override UTM settings at the campaign level.

Nous cherchons en effet à faire des stats d'ouverture et de clics selon nos templates et les exports actuels ne proposent que l'objet de l'email. Or nous avons plusieurs templates avec le même objet.

    Mailjet allows you to upload extra fields in records, but does not allow you to download this information. We need other fields such as donor number to be able to more easily identify the record on our database for updating. Please add an option to allow this.
