Most of my company emails are sent through Mailjet, but a few of our automated processes are not compatible with Mailjet's API. As a result, we're required to send a small portion of our transactional emails through external sources.
I think it would be really useful to have a feature that tracks analytics for emails sent outside of Mailjet's system (similar to Google's Tracking Pixel) so you could gather insights on email performance even when sent via external platforms. This would be really helpful for maintaining consistency in analytics and reporting.1 vote

Il nous a été indiqué que cela correspondait à des campagnes de vérifications gmail et/ou à des outils anti-spam et/ou à des clics faits automatiquement par des robots.
Nous pouvons l'entendre et nous savons que les autres routeurs d'emails rencontrent des problèmes similaires, mais les statistiques sont alors inexploitables au niveau du BO mailjet et cela fait de nombreux mois que nous l'avons signalé.

Currently, the only way to obtain the sender ID is via API. It would be beneficial to have this value displayed in the UI, on the Sender's page.1 vote
Stats area should include how many new subscribers in the last day/week/month and compare to averages and previous period etc
It would be really nice to be able to sort Contacts by their sign up date field, in reverse chronological order, within the dashboard. That way we can see all the new sign ups without having to export the entire list and sort in Excel.1 vote

It would be very helpful to have a file report of all actions performed by all contacts on all campaigns. format like
contact email; campaign title; action (delivered/ open/ clicked...); date and time
We can have this info in the UI through the Contact menu, then selecting a contact, then selecting a campaign, which leads to the attached UI. But there is not possibility to get a full extract of the data, which is in the mailjet database however

Hi, Could you improve email tracking dashboard ? It's really hard to find if a diven email has really been sent, delivered, open. If you could add earch per sender, per contact, per subject etc. Also when I select a period in "statistics", it always resets to a random date in July. Thanks in advance !1 vote
AB testing transactional emails
It would be important to be able to AB test not just campaigns, but transactional emails as well. This would also require detailed open and click rate statistics for each transactional email type.5 votes
Any clicks and open events are registered in statistics, even if they were performed by bots or security systems. Currently you don't offer an option to differentiate those clicks/opens. So basically, the campaign metrics are nearly worthless without this knowledge, as we truly do not know who really opened and clicked. We have been doing follow ups the clicks and getting people telling us that they never opened and clicked on the email. Very frustrating. I highly recommend you fix this or I will need to move to another provider who does.9 votes
Mailjet allows you to upload extra fields in records, but does not allow you to download this information. We need other fields such as donor number to be able to more easily identify the record on our database for updating. Please add an option to allow this.3 votes

Top level Account/Sub-Account page showing high level statistics for each sub account. Have the same data range selector capability to show today, 7 days, etc. but show the graphs and totals for each on the same page along with an aggregate section of the entire account. This is more inline with an executive dashboard, having to go through menus to see each sub-account individually and manually calculate aggregate numbers is time consuming and ridiculous.2 votes
As suggested by Svilen in #2142368 I'd like to suggest an improvement for your product team: As a customer administrator, I would like to gain more insights to the send eMails (campaign and transactional eMails via API and SMTP), so that I can better investigate in case of wrongly send messages. One thing I would like to see is the send messages over time per FROM address.
Currently I could only use API to get data and analysis by my own. Assuming that I'm not the only customer with the statistic demand, it would wasted time if every customer would…2 votes
