2. extract of all contact actions

   Hi,
   It would be very helpful to have a file report of all actions performed by all contacts on all campaigns. format like
   contact email; campaign title; action (delivered/ open/ clicked...); date and time

   We can have this info in the UI through the Contact menu, then selecting a contact, then selecting a campaign, which leads to the attached UI. But there is not possibility to get a full extract of the data, which is in the mailjet database however

   Such a data extraction could help to see how many times, how many users have clicked on a given email, within which timeframe etc. When users are clicking several times on the same message, other several days, this shows the campaign was good ! And we cannot see this with current mailjet tools

4. email tracking and search options in statistics

   Hi, Could you improve email tracking dashboard ? It's really hard to find if a diven email has really been sent, delivered, open. If you could add earch per sender, per contact, per subject etc. Also when I select a period in "statistics", it always resets to a random date in July. Thanks in advance !

6. Import de CSV avec séparateur point-virgule

   De manière générale nos gestionnaires disposent d'une version d'excel ne permettant pas de choisir le séparateur et proposant par défaut le point-virgule. Ce n'est habituellement pas un problème car l'import au niveau du BO accepte aussi les fichiers de ce type la plupart du temps.

   Le problème est présent lorsqu'il a un fichier avec séparateur point-virgule et qu'il y a une virgule dans l'une cellules. Le fichier est alors rejeté sans la moindre explication du problème. On peut parfois passer beaucoup de temps à tâtonner pour trouver ce qui cloche avec le fichier qu'on souhaite importer

   Nous souhaitons :
   - Soit que le système soit capable de prendre en charge ces fichiers directement
   - soit qu'on puisse choisir entre séparateur virgule et point-virgule qqpart
   - soit qu'on ait un message un peu plus clair en cas de rejet du fichier

   In general, our managers have a version of Excel that does not allow you to choose the separator and offers the semicolon by default. This is usually not a problem because the import at the BO level also accepts files of this type most of the time.

   The problem is present when it has a file with semicolon separator and there is a comma in one of the cells. The file is then rejected without any explanation of the problem. We can sometimes spend a lot of time fumbling to find what is wrong with the file we want to import

   We wish :

   Either the system is able to support these files directly
   either we can choose between comma and semicolon separator qqpart
   either we have a slightly clearer message in case of rejection of the file

7. Graphique Mode Quantité vs Mode Taux - Quantity Mode vs. Rate Mode Chart

   Statistiques/Graphiques : pouvoir basculer entre mode Quantité versus Taux. Conserver les graphiques en mode quantités d'évènements (nombres de sent, delivered, opens, etc...) mais pouvoir basculer le même graphique graphique en mode "taux" (taux d'ouverture, taux de plaintes, etc...).

   Statistics/Charts: be able to switch between Quantity versus Rate mode. Keep the graphs in event quantity mode (number of sent, delivered, opens, etc...) but be able to switch the same graphic graph to "rate" mode (opening rate, complaint rate, etc...) .

10. Select more than 10 campaigns for comparison / Include full 'Internal Name ID' for comparison

    Hello MailJet,

    Following up on my previous inquiry, I’d like to send you some other potential points of improvement for your service.

    MailJet has created a ‘Compare-campaigns’ environment. This environment would be helpful to include an option to select more than 10 campaigns for comparison. In my opinion, having an option to select at least 31 campaigns at a time would be beneficial to users of your service. In this manner we would be able to understand how well our campaigns of at least one month have been performing in correlation to one another.

    Because we’re only able to select 10 campaigns at a time, we are left with the option of opening every single report. Extract the data manually, one by one, and to compare our monthly numbers ourselves. To be perfectly honest with you, even extracting our ‘Internal name ID’ for our own monthly campaign-comparison is proving to be a bit of a hassle.

    If I want to get the right data that our company needs, this is my step-by-step process:

    Firstly, I have to go to ‘My Campaigns’. In the search-box I can fill out the ‘Internal name ID/Title’ or the date of the campaign I am looking for. Because we send out every campaign in threefold (Dutch, English, German), if I look for 10 December 2020, my results will show up as follows:

    10 December 2020 – U…
    10 December 2020 – D…
    10 December 2020 – N…

    If I want to view or extract the entire ‘Title/ Internal name ID’ I must select the option ‘Manage’ and open the ‘View activity log’ in a new window every time, so my page with search results will not be lost. On this page I’m able to copy the entire ‘Title/Internal name ID’ and paste it into my Spreadsheet. For the example used, the entire ‘Title/Internal name ID’ would be; ‘10 December 2020 - UK - REPEAT SALE’.

    Once I have this copied the ‘Title/Internal name ID’ and pasted into my spreadsheet, I can now open the corresponding report (once again in a new window) and extract all the data one by one.

    In my opinion, having the ‘Title/Internal name ID’ showing up in the campaign report, and in its entirety in the search results for comparison, would be crucial for easy identification.

    I hope I’ve been able to provide you with sufficient detailed information on how your service could be improved for the benefit of your customers.

11. Preview Text in campaign report / Retrieving data beyond 400 days

    Hello MailJet,

    Currently we are trying to compare the results of our campaigns through your dashboard. It seems like there is some crucial data missing to be able to make a proper comparison between our best and worst performing campaigns.

    In our case, our design-team is curious to find out how well their 'Preview texts' are performing in comparison to the open-rates. Unfortunately, we're only able to find the 'Subject text' in the campaign reports.

    Is there a way to extract the ‘Preview text’ from the reports? And if not, could you explain why this option has been left out of the report data?

    We did find there is an option to extract this data from the 'My Marketing Templates'-tab, although the earliest retrievable data is November 2020. We are mostly interested in the data starting from October 2020.

    In my opinion, having the 'Preview text' showing up in a report is crucial to understand how well the campaign performs. As it is one of the key elements to trigger a customer in opening the e-mail.

12. Select campaign by Internal Name ID for comparing reports

    Our company has been using your software for a fair amount of time. Currently I am trying to compare our campaign data and I am running into some problems.

    The article clearly states:
    "1) Title: Give a title to your campaign to identify it in your reports. This is an internal name that only you will see."

    To give you a perspective on our current situation: We send out every campaign in threefold. One in the English language, one in German and one in Dutch. We have giving our campaigns specific "internal names" to clarify the distinction between them. Here's when the trouble arrives. When I go to the tab "Compare campaigns", I'm only able to select the campaigns through their Subject title (the title which is received by our customers). Which in our case, is mostly the same for all three versions we send out.

    In other words, there is no option for me to specify which newsletter I am selecting for comparison. I have tried to make a comparison report for the Dutch language campaigns and I noticed I selected data that belongs to the German and English versions.
    The only option that remains is to extract all the data manually from every report, and to copy and paste them one-by-one. This would probably give you an idea of how time consuming this process is.

    My question regarding comparing campaigns:
    Is there a way for Mailjet to incorporate an option to select the campaigns by its "internal name"?

    In my opinion (and according to previous stated article), this is what the option should have been created for, yet it's not actively used in realtime.

    Daily or weekly email on changes to a contact list. Mailchimp has this and it's a nice feature. I can't see how to monitor the growth of my list over time.

17. remember pagination setup

    We can change the number of elements displayed on each list pagination. But if we edit an element and go back, we're back on the 1st page with 10 elements.
    Really annoying and time consuming when you have big lists (ie: many domains or individual addresses to manage).
    Or make the default more than 10
