  1. Provide an option to select template for use in automations directly from the gallery instead of requiring an "edit and save" to use the template.

    In turn this would reduce clicks if we already have a known functional template. Only needing the 1 or 2 clicks to select the template versus many when selecting it -> editing -> go into builder -> save and use -> return to automation.

  3. Make automation-flow trigger based on segments.

    Make it possible to start/trigger an automation flow based on a contact joining a segment. Right now it's only possible to start a welcome flow based on a contact joining a list or updating a contact property. We have a case where our contact properties are too complex to use as a automation trigger, but if we can do it on a segment level we could manage to target users more precisely.

  4. Send the last or current newsletter as soon as they sign up for the mailing list. That way they don't have to wait a month or however long it takes til the next one comes out to see if that's what they want. They can also opt out if they are not serious.

  5. Currently, if a contact is active in a workflow and then removed from the list for that workflow, the contact remains in the workflow until they finish it. Contacts must unsubscribe themselves from workflows, even if they are removed from the list. It would be helpful if contacts who are removed from a list are automatically removed from any active workflows going to that list.

  6. There was a very useful function, the preview in a new tab of the campaign, before i sent it. I could sent a link of the preview to my supervisor and get approval for the content. And the amazing is that I could do the changes and my supervisor could see them with a reload of the page - so i didn't have to send again and again the campaign for approval with TEST- before sending it to our list of recepients. From last week, this function stopped, I don't know why, and I am very sad. Can ypu put…

  9. I want to send myself an reminder e-mail 14 days before a clients birthday is. This would be a very handy feature in many cases.

    So i don't want the client to get an e-mail, just myself.

    la liste des scénarios se met à jour, puis on est redirigé vers le scénario désactivé...

    1. je ne veux pas être redirigé vers lui
      mais rester sur l'index

    2. si cette redirection était faite exprès, pourquoi recharger la liste avant ???

  12. It would be useful to be able to use a workflow step to add/remove a contact from a list and/or segment. We have a business case where subscribers can move into another workflow while in the middle of another. That's not possible on this platform.

  13. Hi,
    Kindly make the Unsubscribe button such that it adds the user to the Exclusion List. Currently, it is only unsubscribing the user from the contact list used in that particular campaign. Contact lists are refreshed every month. Due to the issue of the user not being unsubscribed for all future emails, the GDPR rules are not being followed. This is a very pressing issue as Mailjet claims to be GDPR compliant and this poses an issue for its clients as well. Kindly do look into this at your earliest.

  14. I'm unable to easily rearrange emails in a workflow. New emails can only be added at the END of the sequence. But if I want to add one at the beginning, or in the middle, I can't simply drag and drop it to rearrange the emails in the sequence. I have to edit EVERY SINGLE EMAIL in the sequence. This is highly inconvenient.

  17. Rajouter une option pour globaliser le désabonnement d'un client d'une liste de contact à toutes nos listes de contacts.
    Exemple : Un client souhaite se désabonner de notre liste de contact "Global", si on veut l'enlever d'une autre liste de contact comme par exemple "Particuliers", on doit pour le moment le faire manuellement, ce qui peut être long à faire sur des grosses listes de contact.

  18. Enhance Automation Workflow: we need dynamic segments based on user behavior.

    Here is an example: we want to send a mailing to a contact list. Those users that clicked on links in the mailing should receive another mailing 7 days later (than the initial mailing, not the click date). User that DID NOT click on any links should NOT receive any further mailings.

  19. Workflows need to have ability to design in different parameters to trigger different follow-up emails. Example: Message 1 is sent, those who do not click get message 2, those that click get message 3, those who do not open get message 4. Those that do not click message 2 get message 5. that is a true workflow. Having only 1 trigger for an entire workflow does not work at all, even if the trigger fires for each subsequent email in the workflow.
