Sent email summary report
Is it possible to have an email sent to us with a summary of the previous days sent emails, we use the service to send order emails and if one gets soft bounced or other errors we are not aware of it. It would be good if we can have an email summary sent to us each day so we can look out for issues, so it says x% were soft bounced, x% blocked etc...

Protect the SMTP API with GEO or IP fensing
With this feature an API key will only allow requests from certain IP-addresses (ranges) of countries. This limits the risks when API keys are compromised.

email tracking and search options in statistics
Hi, Could you improve email tracking dashboard ? It's really hard to find if a diven email has really been sent, delivered, open. If you could add earch per sender, per contact, per subject etc. Also when I select a period in "statistics", it always resets to a random date in July. Thanks in advance !

Tag when importing DB
Importing DB. Instead of having to create a dedicated column to create a specific tag for an import, would it be possible like Mailchimp to insert the tag once the import is done. It will ease our work if we have several imports. Thx

Stop sent email
There is no option to stop sent email even tough system is ending 200 emails per day there is no option to stop or change email after clicking sent. This is a very serious problem!

Date picker starts on Sunday :(
I accidentaly sent out a campaign on Sunday morning instead of Monday morning, because the week starts on Sunday instead of Monday on your date picker :(

Improve Trial Experience
My experience with the trial was poor. You are welcome to contact if you think you can improve my experience, but I found the site to be glitchy and not intuitive. I have little confidence in this product.

Logon isn't being saved, even if I check "remember me"
The site keeps asking me to sign in if I was inactive for a few minutes. It's just a bug... Cookies are allowed and I have this problem with no other site.

Espace insécable
Il est impossible d'insérer un espace insécable dans l'éditeur d'email (j'ai contacté le support qui me l'a confirmé).
Je ne comprend pas qu'une fonctionnalité basique comme celle-ci soit absente de votre outil !
Quand allez-vous ajouter cette possibilité (le tiret insécable aussi d'ailleurs) ?It is impossible to insert a non-breaking space in the email editor (I contacted the support who confirmed it to me).

White-label the email sent to validate a sender's email address
We are presenting Mailjet as a white-label solution in an iframe. However, the email that's sent to validate an individual sender's email address still contains the Mailjet branding, which causes confusion in a white-label presentation. Please consider providing a solution that provides a white-label experience at all touchpoints, including the email that is sent to validate a sender's email address.

Dynamic Segments for Automation Emails
Enhance Automation Workflow: we need dynamic segments based on user behavior.
Here is an example: we want to send a mailing to a contact list. Those users that clicked on links in the mailing should receive another mailing 7 days later (than the initial mailing, not the click date). User that DID NOT click on any links should NOT receive any further mailings.

Ability to edit tracked links post-send
If a URL is entered incorrectly into a campaign and the clicks are tracked (meaning the traffic is redirected through Mailjet's servers), it would be useful for Mailjet to be able to redirect the links from their servers.

Renvoyer automatiquement les SoftBounce (ip partagée pré-bloquée)
Certains messages en rebonds temporaires (lorsque l'IP partagée est bloquée et que la raison = "expéditeur bloqué") devrait être automatiquement renvoyés dans un délai de 1h/5h/12h/24h selon les possibilités, mais il n'existe aucun moyen de cibler (via un segment par exemple) les emails en rebond temporaire pour renvoyer une campagne ensuite, donc MailJet devrait automatiquement renvoyé les emails lorsque la raison du rebond le permet.
Comme vu en pj, il y a un certain nombre d'email dans ce cas, et pour certains, il s'agit de clients actifs ayant ouvert des campagnes par le passé, c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir…1 vote -

Return-path improvements
Please add automatic return-path stamping and self service for the same.
Right now there is only one custom return path pr. sub account.
We should simply be able to setup this return-path once for a domain, and have is useable by multiple sub accounts
Just like with DKIM.
You can use plus addressing to make sure bounces are stored in the right subaccount.
Since many other vendors are doing this already, I expect to see the same form mailjet as it is essential for compliance and flexibility of the platform.

Versehentlich habe ich E-Mail Adressen ausgeschlossen.
Gemäss System können diese mit der "Aktion" wieder anmelden reaktiviert werden...
Leider funktioniert diese Aktion nicht.
