  2. When going close or above a certain threshold rate for Hardbounces, Spam Complaints, Unsubs etc. , a client will receive an automatic email.

    Would it be possible to generate the same or a similar alert for Softbounces as a Softbounce can be a sign of poor deliverability.

  7. Right now, the percentage of open rates by ISP is calculated over the total opens. I would like to see the percentage calculated over the total number of emails sent instead.
