Import de CSV avec séparateur point-virgule
De manière générale nos gestionnaires disposent d'une version d'excel ne permettant pas de choisir le séparateur et proposant par défaut le point-virgule. Ce n'est habituellement pas un problème car l'import au niveau du BO accepte aussi les fichiers de ce type la plupart du temps.
Le problème est présent lorsqu'il a un fichier avec séparateur point-virgule et qu'il y a une virgule dans l'une cellules. Le fichier est alors rejeté sans la moindre explication du problème. On peut parfois passer beaucoup de temps à tâtonner pour trouver ce qui cloche avec le fichier qu'on souhaite importer

Taux de clics incohérents/Botclics
Nous avons régulièrement des campagnes pour lesquels le taux de clics dépasse les 100%, généralement associées à un nombre d'import de clics à 00:00'00" ou sans information horaire.
Il nous a été indiqué que cela correspondait à des campagnes de vérifications gmail et/ou à des outils anti-spam et/ou à des clics faits automatiquement par des robots.
Nous pouvons l'entendre et nous savons que les autres routeurs d'emails rencontrent des problèmes similaires, mais les statistiques sont alors inexploitables au niveau du BO mailjet et cela fait de nombreux mois que nous l'avons signalé.

Full Account Stats - Executive Dashboard
Top level Account/Sub-Account page showing high level statistics for each sub account. Have the same data range selector capability to show today, 7 days, etc. but show the graphs and totals for each on the same page along with an aggregate section of the entire account. This is more inline with an executive dashboard, having to go through menus to see each sub-account individually and manually calculate aggregate numbers is time consuming and ridiculous.

Download extra fields
Hi,
Mailjet allows you to upload extra fields in records, but does not allow you to download this information. We need other fields such as donor number to be able to more easily identify the record on our database for updating. Please add an option to allow this.3 votes -
optimize analytics functionality
As suggested by Svilen in #2142368 I'd like to suggest an improvement for your product team: As a customer administrator, I would like to gain more insights to the send eMails (campaign and transactional eMails via API and SMTP), so that I can better investigate in case of wrongly send messages. One thing I would like to see is the send messages over time per FROM address.
Currently I could only use API to get data and analysis by my own. Assuming that I'm not the only customer with the statistic demand, it would wasted time if every customer would…

Graphique Mode Quantité vs Mode Taux - Quantity Mode vs. Rate Mode Chart
Statistiques/Graphiques : pouvoir basculer entre mode Quantité versus Taux. Conserver les graphiques en mode quantités d'évènements (nombres de sent, delivered, opens, etc...) mais pouvoir basculer le même graphique graphique en mode "taux" (taux d'ouverture, taux de plaintes, etc...).
Statistics/Charts: be able to switch between Quantity versus Rate mode. Keep the graphs in event quantity mode (number of sent, delivered, opens, etc...) but be able to switch the same graphic graph to "rate" mode (opening rate, complaint rate, etc...) .

Remove bot and security opens and clicks
Any clicks and open events are registered in statistics, even if they were performed by bots or security systems. Currently you don't offer an option to differentiate those clicks/opens. So basically, the campaign metrics are nearly worthless without this knowledge, as we truly do not know who really opened and clicked. We have been doing follow ups the clicks and getting people telling us that they never opened and clicked on the email. Very frustrating. I highly recommend you fix this or I will need to move to another provider who does.

Preview Text in campaign report / Retrieving data beyond 400 days
Hello MailJet,
Currently we are trying to compare the results of our campaigns through your dashboard. It seems like there is some crucial data missing to be able to make a proper comparison between our best and worst performing campaigns.
In our case, our design-team is curious to find out how well their 'Preview texts' are performing in comparison to the open-rates. Unfortunately, we're only able to find the 'Subject text' in the campaign reports.
Is there a way to extract the ‘Preview text’ from the reports? And if not, could you explain why this option has been left out…

a system to filter out automated click events
Had a problem with statistics with multiple cases of 10+ individuals from the same company clicking on all of the links. In some cases 10+ links, which is obviously not accurate analytics, and i have no idea who is actually reacting to campaigns.
It was explained in writing by support as
"I spoke to someone about this and apparently some security software will automatically open the links in a message to check for viruses. It seems like this is what's causing those click events. I hadn't run into that before so it doesn't seem to be common. This shouldn't cause…5 votes -
