Filter by template in stats
It would be great if we could segment/filter the stats page by template name so that we can see how specific email templates are performing. The aggregate report is nice to have but doesn't tell us much information about each template

Add option for anonymized statistics (open rate / click rate)
There is still no option to use anonymized statistics (open rate and click rate). Right now, the only option that Mailjet offers is personalized statistics. But according to GDPR, every recipient has to explicitly agree that his/her personal data is used for statistics (there even has to be an option when signing up for the newsletter so that people can sign up without their personal data being used for statistics – meaning that if one person does not agree to that, you can not use any personalized data at all in your statistics). Please add an option for anonymized instead…

Ability to separate Transactional and Campaign statistics on the Stats page
When looking at the global Stats page, I would like to be able to separate statistics between marketing campaign emails and transaction emails.

Remove Bot Clicks from stats
Mailjet to be able to identify and filter out the automatically generated type of clicks from the Stats in order to understand what is the real click rate, generated by humans.

Improve statistics display
Currently there is a delay between when you select a date range and click the load button for statistics and the actual display.
It could be good to have like a buffering image or something while we wait for the statistics to actually be displayed.5 votes -
Stats and charts for contact lists
I'd really like to have some basic stats about my contacts/audience/lists. Maybe I'm missing it, but I don't see any chart that shows, for instance, how many new subscribers I'm getting each day.
One of my big goals is growing my list, but it makes it difficult to track when there aren't any nice charts like Mailchimp provides!

Add TemplateID in the CSV export from the Stats page for admin purposes.

Analytics reports in PDF format
I propose to put the reports in PDF format with tables and diagrams as presented on your site. This would be much more useful and convenient and is what other emailing services (your competitors) offer.
It is not easy to analyze a csv file and keep it in the archives.

Date-range-filter for campaign-stats
Hi, it would be very helpful to be able to filter statistics for each campaign (https://app.mailjet.com/stats/campaigns/..) by date-ranges (today, yesterday, week, month, custom-range). Would make things a lot easier for me. Thanks for consideration

Group campaigns by categories or tags using UTMs
Currently, the UTM settings are set on the account and enable to do tracking on a campaign level. I would like to be able to also do tracking on campaign category level, for example to group independently weekly and daily newsletters.
One way to do this could be to override UTM settings at the campaign level.

See growth and changes to a contact list
Daily or weekly email on changes to a contact list. Mailchimp has this and it's a nice feature. I can't see how to monitor the growth of my list over time.

Legal DSVGO Compliant Unsub from Tracking
I want to have the ability to add an option to my mailings that would create a link that can be used to unsubscribe from open and click events. So that i can ensure that my clients can unsubcribe from being tracked as per german DSGVO

Sort campaigns by metric
I would like to be able to sort the campaigns by results (from best open rate to the lowest, from best click rate to the lowest, etc...)

remember pagination setup
We can change the number of elements displayed on each list pagination. But if we edit an element and go back, we're back on the 1st page with 10 elements.
Really annoying and time consuming when you have big lists (ie: many domains or individual addresses to manage).

Alert threshold for Soft Bounces
When going close or above a certain threshold rate for Hardbounces, Spam Complaints, Unsubs etc. , a client will receive an automatic email.
Would it be possible to generate the same or a similar alert for Softbounces as a Softbounce can be a sign of poor deliverability.
