  5. I noticed that no alt attribute is added to Mailjet's tracking pixel (1x1 img).
    This leads to a devaluation in the suspected spam rating of the e-mail.

    I ask that you set an alt attribute on your tracking pixel by default.
    The alt attribute alt="" can be empty or filled with a space. It is sufficient that it is simply there.

  6. it says the contacts selected below will not be excluded. So, do I uncheck the ones I want excluded? It's confusing because most of the time, you check what you want to select for the operation.

  8. It would be great if we could download a contact segmentation list.
    I have created a segment of contacts who haven't opened a campaign in 12 months and would like to download this list so that I can remove them from a contact list.
    Alternatively, if we update a contact list using a saved segment, that would work too.

  9. Verification additional feature.

    Once the verification is done, how about optional features to choose to delete email categories like, disposable and undeliverable?

    At this time this only solutions are:
    1. dowload the csv, clean it and upload it again in a new contact list.
    this is not a good solution because all the backend using the API needs to be edited with new contact list ids.

    1. keep the same lists and delete the unwanted emails one by one using the API with a loop function fed with the list of unwanted emails.

  10. Some fonts are incorrectly defined in the mailing.
    E.g. Arial or Open Sans. Links to Google Fonts are inserted, but the fonts cannot be accessed under Google Fonts. See link.

    According to GDPR, the fonts should be retrieved from the Mailjet server or the customer's server and not from a third source. The retrieval of Google Webfonts should therefore be changed as a matter of urgency.

    It should also be possible to specify the font for the fallback.

  12. Enhance Automation Workflow: we need dynamic segments based on user behavior.

    Here is an example: we want to send a mailing to a contact list. Those users that clicked on links in the mailing should receive another mailing 7 days later (than the initial mailing, not the click date). User that DID NOT click on any links should NOT receive any further mailings.

  18. Need the ability to rate limit the number of emails sent in an hours time, if a list/campaign is 12,000 contacts have a function that says deliver 5,000 emails per hour until finished. This will also help with keeping from being rate limited by recipient systems like Microsoft and Google and being put into a queue to retry or soft bounced.

  19. Hi,
    Kindly make the Unsubscribe button such that it adds the user to the Exclusion List. Currently, it is only unsubscribing the user from the contact list used in that particular campaign. Contact lists are refreshed every month. Due to the issue of the user not being unsubscribed for all future emails, the GDPR rules are not being followed. This is a very pressing issue as Mailjet claims to be GDPR compliant and this poses an issue for its clients as well. Kindly do look into this at your earliest.
