1. Group Emails with tags

   We send different types of emails (i.e. Motoring, Home, Garden etc). To help with engagement we would like to be able to create a segment by the Clicks/Opens of a previous type of email within the last x days. Currently you can do this at a campaign level but if you could tag emails and then use the tags to create the segments this would improve the process greatly.

4. Gérer caractère hexadécimal dans HTML

   Bonjour, j'ai eu un bug avec un fichier qui contenait un caractère spécial, c'était un retour chariot au format unicode ou hexadécimal (code : 0x03). Le bug est bloquant car il n'y a pas de message qui indique une erreur et par la suite la campagne est inutilisable car l'interface de modification d'email de charge plus. (cela fait buguer le bouton "Retour à la campagne")

7. Extend Log In Time & Add Refresh Button to Stats Page

   It would be great if you changed the time out for login to a bit longer it seems like I'm always logging back in. Also it would be fantastic if you put a refresh button on the stats page instead of having to reload the page using the search bar. Thanks for considering these requests. Have a nice day.    Nous avons régulièrement des campagnes pour lesquels le taux de clics dépasse les 100%, généralement associées à un nombre d'import de clics à 00:00'00" ou sans information horaire.

   Il nous a été indiqué que cela correspondait à des campagnes de vérifications gmail et/ou à des outils anti-spam et/ou à des clics faits automatiquement par des robots.

   Nous pouvons l'entendre et nous savons que les autres routeurs d'emails rencontrent des problèmes similaires, mais les statistiques sont alors inexploitables au niveau du BO mailjet et cela fait de nombreux mois que nous l'avons signalé.

   Avez-vous pu avancer sur le sujet, pour tracer et exclure les clics automatiques? A-t'on du nouveau?

9. Make sender IDs available in UI

   Currently, the only way to obtain the sender ID is via API. It would be beneficial to have this value displayed in the UI, on the Sender's page.

11. Add/Remove Subscribers from Lists/Segments

    It would be useful to be able to use a workflow step to add/remove a contact from a list and/or segment. We have a business case where subscribers can move into another workflow while in the middle of another. That's not possible on this platform.

12. Add alt-attribute to maijet tracking pixel

    I noticed that no alt attribute is added to Mailjet's tracking pixel (1x1 img).
    This leads to a devaluation in the suspected spam rating of the e-mail.

    I ask that you set an alt attribute on your tracking pixel by default.
    The alt attribute alt="" can be empty or filled with a space. It is sufficient that it is simply there.

13. Unify Versions fo SendAPI and Contact Management API

    I am currently using the Contact Management API to allow subscriptions via our Website, and also sending a 2-step Opt-In 'confirmation' email as one of the processes.

    I can't use the same API Client object for Send and Contact Management operations currently as API v3.1 only works with Send API endpoints (any Contact Management endpoints just result in a 404) and Contact Management still uses V3, Send API operations are significantly different from the documentation in v3, to the extent where the v3.1 Examples don't work with the v3 endpoints.

    It would be greatly more convenient if v3.1 had a unified Send API and Contact Management API

15. Transactional Template: Correct Variables field in Code Example JSON

    I have recently been trying to build a 2-part Opt-In using a Transactional template and had a very hard time getting the Variables correct, until a support operative corrected my syntax.

    When adding variables and syntax is used, {{var:name}}, when not supplying a Default value (such as in a URL) the Variables list in the Example Code presented when the Template is Save/Published does not contain the {{var:name}} variables specified in the Template. Furthermore if you use incorrect syntax such as {{var:name:}} then they do appear even though they aren't valid!

    The combination of the above issues lead me to waste a lot of time trying to understand why, when the variables I was using seemed to be valid the Template I was working on failed. It's extremely confusing!

16. Add deferral event and more fields to webhook

    The information provided by the webhook about delivery events is limited. Other delivery service providers provide more information in their webhook.

    We use the webhook to monitor deliverability. It would be good if the following event type is added:
    - deferral events (failed delivery attempts which will be retried)
    and the following event fields are added:
    - envelope sender
    - from header
    - sending IP
    - delivery time (time from submission to delivery)
    - destination host (result of MX lookup)

20. Versions based on Segmentation

    The system currently supports "versions" (for A/B testing) in the editor. I was surprised that I was not able to use this infrastructure to send different versions to different segments.

    Example 1:
    Send Version A to [Business Customers Segment]
    Send Version B [Everyone Else]

    Example 2:
    Send Version A to [Customers Segment]
    Send Version B to [Everyone Else]

    Example 3:
    Send Version A to [Customers Segment]
    Send Version B to [Opened in the Last 30 Days Segment]
    Send Version C to [Everyone Else]

    Note: In the functionality described above I assume that is someone matches multiple segments then the first match takes priority. (In example 3, contacts who are in both the "Customers Segment" and "Opened in the Last 30 Days Segment" will get Version A)
