Workflow continues based on link click (or not click after delay)
It would be great if instead of just triggering an email in a workflow by delay or date, you could also trigger a particular email in a series depending on whether a specific link was clicked in the first email!

Search declared sender domains list
Please add a domain search to the domains and sender addresses & the SPF/DKIM Authentication pages. We have lots of client domains setup and it would be very useful to search rather than scroll & click through multiple pages.

From and EnvelopeFrom 2nd level mail domains are different.
This should be corrected as it means a deduction of 0.249 points in the spam rating of the email.

Automatic Logout Concerns
Hello, I am consistently being logged out of the MailJet platform after what seems to be only 20-30 minutes. This has been consistent for me since I started using MailJet, and is particularly frustrating. I'm not sure what causes this automatic log-out, but it would be very convenient if we had some control or options regarding this.

Display template ID and/or name in Statistics
It would be helpful to be able to see which template was used to create a campaign or send a specific message. This information is currently not available even with any of the API endpoints.

Managing accounts should not only be possible from the master account, but it should be be possible to delegate this to a useraccount using SAML SSO.

Sent campaign status = Cancelled
Stop auto-labelling sent campaigns as 'Cancelled'. This is incorrect, misleading and clearly a fault with your technical system. Please resolve!

Add the possibility to modify the rDNS for the dedicated IP-address. According to sources this can affect the deliverability for certain websites.

Arial font link not available / GPDR
Some fonts are incorrectly defined in the mailing.
E.g. Arial or Open Sans. Links to Google Fonts are inserted, but the fonts cannot be accessed under Google Fonts. See link.According to GDPR, the fonts should be retrieved from the Mailjet server or the customer's server and not from a third source. The retrieval of Google Webfonts should therefore be changed as a matter of urgency.
It should also be possible to specify the font for the fallback.

Améliorer gestion d'erreur expéditeur

n'est-il pas possible de changer le retour de votre API lorsque l'on tente d'envoyer un mail avec un expéditeur non validé? J'ai récemment eu un souci lié à un expéditeur autorisé uniquement sur le compte principal mais pas sur un sous compte (cf ticket #2434150) et j'avoue que le retour API nous a vraiment induit en erreur. Pour cause, dans ce cas, l'API nous transmet un succès et un id de message comme si tout était OK, sauf que malheureusement, l'envoie n'as pas fonctionné et l'id renvoie une 404 lorsqu'on tente de faire un get ?

Wording on Manage Contacts pop-up confusing
it says the contacts selected below will not be excluded. So, do I uncheck the ones I want excluded? It's confusing because most of the time, you check what you want to select for the operation.

Sent email summary report
Is it possible to have an email sent to us with a summary of the previous days sent emails, we use the service to send order emails and if one gets soft bounced or other errors we are not aware of it. It would be good if we can have an email summary sent to us each day so we can look out for issues, so it says x% were soft bounced, x% blocked etc...

Test the render of email with templating language
Add to the return of the sandbox email sending API the email that would have been sent to test the working of the templating language conditions.
