1. Add deferral event and more fields to webhook

   The information provided by the webhook about delivery events is limited. Other delivery service providers provide more information in their webhook.

   We use the webhook to monitor deliverability. It would be good if the following event type is added:
   - deferral events (failed delivery attempts which will be retried)
   and the following event fields are added:
   - envelope sender
   - from header
   - sending IP
   - delivery time (time from submission to delivery)
   - destination host (result of MX lookup)

3. Add unblock functionality

   It needs to be possible to unblock blocked addresses / contacts. We have business customers who regularly send emails to their newly hired employees before their email accounts are set up. This causes the contact to be blocked for life, and we need to start a chat with you every time we need to unlock the address again. Please, this must be a huge pain for many of your customers, and also causing you a ton of unncessecary support.

6. Bug in translations

   Translation issue, I'm using the dashboard in dutch, but on a lot of paces where hte Year should be displayed I see a %J

8. Avoid adding recipients to Contacts when using Mailjet as SMTP

   When using Mailjet as SMTP I would like to avoid adding every recipient to Contacts.

   Since Mailjet is used as SMTP (and contacts are stored externally) - there is no need to keep every recipient in the Mailjet contacts.

   Adding every recipient into contacts without need creates an additional security risk.

   Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

   bitte hinterlegen Sie die Möglichkeit, das Feedback bei nicht ausgefüllten Pflichtfeldern zu verstärken.
   Z.B. durch einen Text, der unterhalb des Eingabefeldes auftaucht und zusätzlich noch ein Text direkt bei dem Absende-Button.

   Menschen mit Farb- oder allgemeiner Sehschwäche sehen sehr wahrscheinlich die rote Umrandung gar nicht.

   Zudem schaut man auf den Absenden-Button und bekommt die Änderung bei den Eingabefeldern ([dunkel-]rote Umrandung statt schwarzer Umrandung) gar nicht mit und fragt sich, warum das Formular nicht abgesendet wurde.

   please add the possibility to strengthen the feedback for unfilled mandatory fields.
   E.g. by a text that appears below the input field and additionally a text directly at the submit button.

   People with color or general visual impairment will most likely not see the red border at all.

   In addition, they look at the submit button and do not notice the change in the input fields ([dark] red border instead of black border) and wonder why the form was not submitted.

10. Allow to retrieve variables from a template

    Hello,
    We use a template system and send variables from a Java backend. To make it dynamic, we retrieve the template and analyze the detailcontent: Text-part to extract the variables, and then send them. An improvement would be to directly retrieve the variables.
    What I would like is to be able to retrieve the variables used inside a template email, for instance when using the java mailjet client, I would like a new enum called Variables and do somethind like that:

    Il serait pratique de connaitre la raison du désabonnement de nos emailings(voir exemple en PJ). Certains le propose et je souhaite faire la même chose et c'est relativement pratique pour analyser les désabonnements.

12. Extend Log In Time & Add Refresh Button to Stats Page

    It would be great if you changed the time out for login to a bit longer it seems like I'm always logging back in. Also it would be fantastic if you put a refresh button on the stats page instead of having to reload the page using the search bar. Thanks for considering these requests. Have a nice day. 14. Send myself notifications with workflows

    I want to send myself an reminder e-mail 14 days before a clients birthday is. This would be a very handy feature in many cases.

    So i don't want the client to get an e-mail, just myself.

16. Better subscription form control

    I created a subscription form at mailjet and embedded it on my website where I will collect basic subscription info: email, firstname, lastname. After submitting the form, a very large check mark appears, indicating that the user is finished. But below, a rather invisible message is displayed about checking the user's inbox for the confirmation email. I found the obfuscated place where the text of the message could be changed, but could not prevent the big checkmark from being displayed. Nor could I add color or emphasis to the message text to let the user know they had a further step to do to complete the opt-in signup. How it works now, I think many users may miss the fact that they have to look out for the confirmation email to complete their sign-up.

17. Compress pas-nc-embedded-v1.js and host on a CDN

    When embedding a subscription form, the Mailjet code says to embed a script called pas-nc-embedded-v1.js. This actually takes nearly 2-3 seconds to load on the page -- just look at the Network tab in the JS console while the page loads (see attached screenshot). This script is problematic. I recommend the following updates:

    • minify/compress the JS file
    • tell users to put the script at the bottom of the page, not near the top (where the subscription form is likely embedded)
    • host the JS file on a CDN or tell users to serve the file themselves

    Je souhaite que avec lequel je partage mon compte n'aient accès qu'a certains modèles d'e-mail partagés et pas à l'intégralité. Pareil pour les listes de contact.
    Pour plus de clareté disons que j'ai des modèles d'e-mail nommé A, B et C
    Je souhaite que le compte avec lequel je partage l'abonnement n'ai accès qu'au modèle A et ne voit pas B et C. Hors pour le moment il vois et à accès au 3. Cette feature serait très utile et plus simple pour gerer plusieurs sous compte avec des accès différents
