Hallo,
ich hätte einen Feature-Wunsch: Können Sie auf der Statistik-Seite einen EMail-Filter ergänzen?
Die Filterung nach Datum oder EMail-Status ist für uns nicht so relevant. Wir müssen von Zeit zu Zeit gucken welche Mails an einen bestimmten User verschickt wurde. Wir nutzen Ihr System nicht für einen Newsletter-Versand, sondern für den Versand von Status-Mails an unsere User aus unserer TeamDrive-Software heraus. Hier bekommt der User unterschiedliche Mail-Templates zugeschickt. Ich kann jetzt nur den Tag eingrenzen und muss mich dann durch die zahlreichen Seiten klicken, um auf den Seiten dann jeweils nach der Email-Adresse zu suchen. Es wäre so viel einfacher,…

Improve customer service
Allow clients to access Support. We created a ticket, received a response not related to the ticket and advice our query would be forwarded to App Support Team, then a few days later get another email from Mailjet asking us to follow up on the response whereas response said that App Support Team would get in touch with us. Seems one part of the business doesn't talk to another and no way to contact Mailjet to clarify this

Serait-il possible de conditionner la modification d'une clé secrète d'API à l'entrée préalable du mot de passe du compte de Mailjet ? Un hacheur ce week-end a tenté de se servir de la clé d'API d'un sous-compte en changeant sa clé d'API, après qu'on avait fait des modifications du compte principal comme suite à son piratage. S'il avait fallu entrer le nouveau mot de passe du compte Mailjet, j'imagine que le pirate n'aurait pas pu récidiver.

Make a membernumber the unique identifikation in stead of mailadress so we can make sure that we don't send to old mailadresses of our members. Sometimes we have uploade more mailadresses on the same member, if the membernumber was the unique identifikation we could make sure it did not happen.

Mouse pointer on the popup form button: it should be able to be a hand pointer.
When we have a popup form, by default it is hidden and only a button is shown. When you click on that button, then the popup form is displayed.
However, the mouse pointer always has the shape of an arrow when hovering the button.
We believe that if the pointer would take the shape of a hand pointer when hovering over the button, more people would click on the button. Now it looks like the button is simply a caption.
This would be as simple as adding the CSS "cursor:pointer;" in the HTML generated by Form Builder.

Change default account
I have guest access to multiple accounts. When I log in to https://app.mailjet.com, I am always forwarded to the same account (first one created?), which is now the least relevant to me.

Adding default variables to links
We want to use MJ for email verification but it doesn't allow us to insert default variables into a hyperlink.
Part of the URL for our email verification is dynamic - we would like to pass in a variable to set its value.
For instance, we’d like to add this to an email template: <a href=”https://www.website.com/promotion?clientid={{var:clientid}}&code={{var:promocode}}”>Click here</a> to verify your email address.
And “pass in” the clientid and promocode.

Ajout temporaire de quota emails sur un sous-compte
Lorsqu'on gère plusieurs sous-comptes (avec re-facturation derrière, dans notre cas nous sommes une agence web), il serait intéressant de pouvoir acheter un pack d'emails supplémentaires à assigner à un sous-compte en particulier. Car si le sous-compte dépasse le quota des emails, ce sont TOUS les sous-comptes qui sont impactés et qui génère une sur-facturation des emails dépassant le quota mensuel (abonnement annuel).

Language of "unsubscribe" message not changing
1) The Feedback button on the bottom left of "Design email" is not working.
2) Still in "Design email", in Setting > Language, if I select another language the "unsubscribe" message at the bottom is still in English, even after sending a test email.1 vote -

Disable the Unauthenticated Sender Domain(s) banner
We would like the able to disable the Unauthenticated Sender Domain(s) banner that appears in the UI. The domains that are needed have already been authenticated and it's confusing for the Shared Access users to continually see the banner pop up in their subaccounts.
