  1. Provide an option to select template for use in automations directly from the gallery instead of requiring an "edit and save" to use the template.

    In turn this would reduce clicks if we already have a known functional template. Only needing the 1 or 2 clicks to select the template versus many when selecting it -> editing -> go into builder -> save and use -> return to automation.

  4. We are using Mailjet in Hungary, so we need the unsubscribe page to be available in Hungarian. To avoid GDPR and other legal issues, it is crucial for us to have this page displayed in Hungarian as well. Thank you for your quick assistance!

  5. Can you please consider changing the config to NOT include the x-report-abuse-to header in the DKIM signature of e-mails that are sent through Mailjet?

    E-mails that I receive from DHL and Vattenfall, arrive with a DKIM error because Mailjet signs on the x-report-abuse-to header, while this header is (justly) being replaced by a forwarding mailserver (I have a catch-all/forward on my domain).

    Could you possibly change this, or encourage your customers (DHL and Vattenfall in particular) to change their config?

  7. I copy a before used template and make some style adjustments. When I try to send test mails from this copied template and try to send a test mail, MailJet Webinterface says, that test mail have successfully been send - however, mail never receives.

    Your technician told me, that this error occurs, because there is a bug in the template.

    It would be great to do NOT get the false "success" mail when sending test mail. Instead it would be good to see, why the mail is reproduceable NOT send.

  8. Create a landing page for collecting reviews via Mailjet, allowing clients to submit their feedback, which would be sent to the company but not displayed publicly.

  11. On the multi-user access, the permissions are for all subaccounts. Our use case would be to delegate user management to one nominated user in each subaccount, but only for their subaccount. Are there any plans to hone that so the access is limited to individual subaccount(s)?

  12. Have a work around way of providing support when the ticketing system is not working like now.
    Have a better way of handling pre-blocked e-mail accounts than writing a ticket (specially since the system sometimes fails like now).
    A simple way, would be a manual override of blocked e-mails, that might be trigger over the web interface. This should not happen that offen, anyways.

  16. I find it very tedious to manage email templates through multiple accounts on this page https://app.mailjet.com/templates/transactional. Every time i want to change a template on a different account, i have to go back to the dashboard, then click on the top right account dropdown, and back again to the templates page.

    Could you consider adding this dropdown account switcher directly on the /templates/ pages ?

  20. We must have Opt-in Settings to allow the users choose between single opt-on or double opt-in. For some cases like events invitations, single opt-in process is easier to allow the users to register without having a long process of confirmation.
