Analytics reports in PDF format
I propose to put the reports in PDF format with tables and diagrams as presented on your site. This would be much more useful and convenient and is what other emailing services (your competitors) offer.
It is not easy to analyze a csv file and keep it in the archives.

Default section background color
It would be nice to have a default color for section backgrounds.
This color could be set in the same place as the general background color for the newsletter.2 votes -
More detailed stats for workflows
When using workflows, the stats feature is fairly minimal. A few minor adds would be nice:
- Add date ranges
- Ability to view contacts that opened, clicked, etc.6 votes -

Allow API bounce and spam notifications to be sent out to a specific email. Sengrid has this capability built-in to their API key.

Custom Data Available In API
Hi,
It would be exceptionally useful, if the Custom ID, Event Payload and Custom Campaign name where available via the API, and when viewing messages in the Web UI.
Being able to search for messages using the Custom ID as a key would also be very useful.

Add delay on the first email in a workflow
Allow the addition of a delay when triggering an email on a contact property change.
eg, if my user becomes "goldStatus = 1", I don't want to send an email right away but I prefer to wait 1 or 2 days.2 votes -

It will be good to have the possibility to add some contact properties on the CSV stats downloaded by campaigns, to get more detail information for important reports.

See growth and changes to a contact list
Daily or weekly email on changes to a contact list. Mailchimp has this and it's a nice feature. I can't see how to monitor the growth of my list over time.

I want to upload a CSV file that is bigger then 20 MB. As Mailjet is limiting the upload to 20 mb i have to split the csv file into several files and repeate the upload process several times

Unhash the contact ID in the Contact page URL
Can you make a url that we could generate given the user's ID so we can have a better integration with our system and mailjet?
I'd like to have a place within our app where I can show a link that clicks directly into mailjet so our customer success team can take a look at what emails have been sent to a given user of ours.
I'd essentially like to post links in my app to https://app.mailjet.com/contacts/overview/3eM8T but the "3eM8T" isn't something I can access, so I just want a url redirect that can use ContactId to identify the mailjet…

Activate or deactivate open and click tracking for some subaccounts only
It is currently possible in Mailjet to activate or deactivate open and click tracking. However, the activation or deactivation of the tracking is applied for the whole account and all its subaccounts.
I would like the ability to activate tracking on some subaccounts and deactivate it on others.

Sandbox Mode with Sandbox Page
For testing puporses -especially with SMTP- it would be helpful to have a setting per subaccount where we can activate "Sandbox Mode".
As long as the sandbox mode is active all triggered email -regardless via API or SMTP- should not be delivered via Mailjet, but it should stored and rendered via a Sandbox Overview Page in the Dashboard area.9 votes -
More information on notification emails
Many notifications emails come without some important information which make the investigating process a lot more painful and time consuming.
Example here attached is a failed A/B Test, which was wrongfully set on Manual.
On the email there is no notification as to which sub account or campaign the error is referring to.This would a useful addition.

Group campaigns by categories or tags using UTMs
Currently, the UTM settings are set on the account and enable to do tracking on a campaign level. I would like to be able to also do tracking on campaign category level, for example to group independently weekly and daily newsletters.
One way to do this could be to override UTM settings at the campaign level.
