it says the contacts selected below will not be excluded. So, do I uncheck the ones I want excluded? It's confusing because most of the time, you check what you want to select for the operation.3 votes

Gemäss System können diese mit der "Aktion" wieder anmelden reaktiviert werden...

Reactivate excluded e-mail addresses
By mistake I have excluded e-mail addresses.
According to the system these can be reactivated with the "action" register again...
Unfortunately this action does not work.

Verification additional feature.
Once the verification is done, how about optional features to choose to delete email categories like, disposable and undeliverable?
At this time this only solutions are:
1. dowload the csv, clean it and upload it again in a new contact list.
this is not a good solution because all the backend using the API needs to be edited with new contact list ids.
- keep the same lists and delete the unwanted emails one by one using the API with a loop function fed with the list of unwanted emails.
It needs to be possible to unblock blocked addresses / contacts. We have business customers who regularly send emails to their newly hired employees before their email accounts are set up. This causes the contact to be blocked for life, and we need to start a chat with you every time we need to unlock the address again. Please, this must be a huge pain for many of your customers, and also causing you a ton of unncessecary support.
It would be helpful to be able to add contacts to mailing lists which have non-ascii/international characters in their email address (such as Japanese or Chinese characters).3 votes
Importing DB. Instead of having to create a dedicated column to create a specific tag for an import, would it be possible like Mailchimp to insert the tag once the import is done. It will ease our work if we have several imports. Thx1 vote

We would like to be able to embed the widget using strictly html instead of using an iframe. This gives us full control on the code. We are concerned about ADA compliance since iframes are not compliant. Disabled users cant user their assitive devices on iframes. Thank you!11 votes

Manually create a segment by uploading a list of contacts.
Currently we are unable to segment based on a specific link clicked in a previous campaign, yet I am able to download this data from My Campaign Stats, so, the ability to manually create a segment that is segmented based on a list of email addresses would solve this issue, as well as open up other segmenting capability when the MailJet interface lacks intricacy.1 vote
Hi, this is such a pity that we can't export all contacts with their respective contact properties directly from the "All Contacts" list. Or is it because of privacy reason? Is it on your roadmap to add this functionality?6 votes
We are a company with multiple products per division. We need the ability to automate unsubs at product, division and company level. If someone unsubscribes from one campaign I need to ensure they are automatically excluded from that campaign. I would also want the ability for that unsub to trigger further additions to other unsub lists such as the "company wide" list. Having to rely on staff to do so manually each time is not acceptable from a compliance perspective3 votes
I asked through a support ticket, and confirmed it's not possible to edit the appearance of the widget error or success messages that a visitor sees. I am able to edit the text, but can't change a font size or color to make the style match the rest of my site. I tried to put inline HTML into the confirmation message, and it did not render as HTML, but showed the HTML tag in the confirmation message. This is an important feature for us, as the confirmation message is quite ugly.9 votes

I want to know what's my remaining quota on contact management API calls,
So that I can plan accordingly on my side and queue my calls if needed to avoid hiting the hourly rate limit.

Hello, we use the subscription widget to build our contact lists and some formularies have a language choice. Unfortunately, once subscribed, users cannot change their language choice because the address is already registered. Can you provide for this possibility?
