We have a campaign where people who fill our form will get our random email (1 of 30). Since there are no A/B testing available for workflow, I think the only way is to create different automation/templates and randomise by segmentation.

Day X at expiration
If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.
New contact in the list = time X
X + 1 day: message 1
X + 3 days: Message 2
X + 5 days: Message 3In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

We have developed a newsletter template in modulable HTML but we can't use it. Do you plan to upgrade Mailjet to include this feature as proposed by Mailchimp?

More information on notification emails
Many notifications emails come without some important information which make the investigating process a lot more painful and time consuming.
Example here attached is a failed A/B Test, which was wrongfully set on Manual.
On the email there is no notification as to which sub account or campaign the error is referring to.This would a useful addition.

Alerts when email count hits a threshold
I would like to be able to receive alerts (via email or SMS) when I am approaching a threshold of number of emails sent from my account. This could help catch runaway processes or abuse.

Add option for anonymized statistics (open rate / click rate)
There is still no option to use anonymized statistics (open rate and click rate). Right now, the only option that Mailjet offers is personalized statistics. But according to GDPR, every recipient has to explicitly agree that his/her personal data is used for statistics (there even has to be an option when signing up for the newsletter so that people can sign up without their personal data being used for statistics – meaning that if one person does not agree to that, you can not use any personalized data at all in your statistics). Please add an option for anonymized instead…

Allow transactional template to handle multiple languages
Currently I have to duplicate all my transactional templates, 1 per language.
I have about 10 emails, but with 4 languages each it makes 40 templates.
If I want to change a photo, a text, or a link, I must change it in a lot of different places.The optimal situation would be a unique template with the ability to define 1 copy per language directly in the template editor, and to pass a 'language' parameter in the API to tell Mailjet which one to choose.

Apply the pre-blocking list by dedicated IP or on the shared pool to avoid global blocking.
Currently, if a recipient sends a hardbounce, all Mailjet senders are blocked, including those with a dedicated IP. It would be interesting to block only those belonging to shared pools (to avoid a drop in the overall score) and let the dedicated IPs make a reputation for themselves.

Allow the addition of a delay when triggering an email on a contact property change.
