  3. There is still no option to use anonymized statistics (open rate and click rate). Right now, the only option that Mailjet offers is personalized statistics. But according to GDPR, every recipient has to explicitly agree that his/her personal data is used for statistics (there even has to be an option when signing up for the newsletter so that people can sign up without their personal data being used for statistics – meaning that if one person does not agree to that, you can not use any personalized data at all in your statistics).   4. Currently I have to duplicate all my transactional templates, 1 per language.

    I have about 10 emails, but with 4 languages each it makes 40 templates.
    If I want to change a photo, a text, or a link, I must change it in a lot of different places.

    The optimal situation would be a unique template with the ability to define 1 copy per language directly in the template editor, and to pass a 'language' parameter in the API to tell Mailjet which one to choose.

  5. Currently, if a recipient sends a hardbounce, all Mailjet senders are blocked, including those with a dedicated IP. It would be interesting to block only those belonging to shared pools (to avoid a drop in the overall score) and let the dedicated IPs make a reputation for themselves.

  7. Allow the addition of a delay when triggering an email on a contact property change.
    eg, if my user becomes "goldStatus = 1", I don't want to send an email right away but I prefer to wait 1 or 2 days.

  10. Mailjet Event notifications + Slack = ????

    Hello, I find the Webhook feature very interesting. Unfortunately, the content of the JSON sent to an event (bounce, spam, etc) does not contain the fields required by the webhook provided by Slack.
    Indeed, Slack requires at least one of the following fields: text / fallback / attachments. (documentation here: https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks#threads)

    It would be very convenient to add this text field in the JSON currently sent by Mailjet.

  14. Hello guys,
    I suggest an improvement in the "segmentation" area: I think it's really disappointing that it's impossible to edit or delete an old segmentation, just because I've used this to send a campaign in the past. In other DEM applications (like MailChimp for example) those operations are possible, and the list is clean and useful.
    Whit Mailjet I have to search, and if I change the field configuration, I cannot use the same segmentation.
    It's very annoying this problem. Could you do something?

    Please update the Prestashop module (plugin) to make it compatible with version 1.7.7.0, because currently there is a 500 error that prevents the module from working .

    Prestashop is the most used ecommerce CMS in France, I don't understand why it is not updated for your customers, we can't use Mailjet on this version anymore...

  16. I want to upload a CSV file that is bigger then 20 MB. As Mailjet is limiting the upload to 20 mb i have to split the csv file into several files and repeate the upload process several times

  17. Add custom SMTP Relay with TLS & Authentication for specific recipients.

    Need: Keep the same connection between our app and Mailjet, but be able to set custom delivery options for a set of recipients (based on domain names). Needed by some corporate clients of ours which have private SMTP relays to whitelist automated emails.

  18. We would like to suggest that Mailjet would have a function to be able to resume a Stopped workflow.
    We can't use the Lock Workflow because we want to totally pause all email send outs to the contacts currently enrolled to the workflow.
    And resume it after sometime

  19. Currently, the automation emails with a wordpress with woocommerce does not allow to distinguish the type of order placed ("processing" for orders that have been paid by credit card for example and "on hold" for orders that must be paid by check).

    The two status-dependent order confirmation emails should not have the same content: an email for an order in "processing" indicates that the payment is ok and that the order is being prepared. while an email for an order in "on hold" indicating that the order is awaiting payment and will be prepared only when payment is received.

  20. It would be great if we could delete all of our emails in your queue via API.

    We had a bug in our software and unfortunately had to watch how emails were processed again and again, which we wanted to delete in any case. Unfortunately, our hands were tied (we did not reach your support either).

    Specifically, we kept running into a send limit (even after adjusting our service plan) because it was always the same emails to the same recipients. Of course, these were all blocked by you (fortunately).
