Segments: edit or delete
Hello guys,
I suggest an improvement in the "segmentation" area: I think it's really disappointing that it's impossible to edit or delete an old segmentation, just because I've used this to send a campaign in the past. In other DEM applications (like MailChimp for example) those operations are possible, and the list is clean and useful.
Whit Mailjet I have to search, and if I change the field configuration, I cannot use the same segmentation.
It's very annoying this problem. Could you do something?11 votes -
Prestashop update
Hello,
Please update the Prestashop module (plugin) to make it compatible with version 1.7.7.0, because currently there is a 500 error that prevents the module from working .
Prestashop is the most used ecommerce CMS in France, I don't understand why it is not updated for your customers, we can't use Mailjet on this version anymore...

Increase CSV Upload File Size
I want to upload a CSV file that is bigger then 20 MB. As Mailjet is limiting the upload to 20 mb i have to split the csv file into several files and repeate the upload process several times

Add custom SMTP Relay with TLS & Authentication for specific recipients.
Add custom SMTP Relay with TLS & Authentication for specific recipients.
Need: Keep the same connection between our app and Mailjet, but be able to set custom delivery options for a set of recipients (based on domain names). Needed by some corporate clients of ours which have private SMTP relays to whitelist automated emails.

Resume a stopped Workflow
We would like to suggest that Mailjet would have a function to be able to resume a Stopped workflow.
We can't use the Lock Workflow because we want to totally pause all email send outs to the contacts currently enrolled to the workflow.

WooCommerce: Distinguishing the order status
Currently, the automation emails with a wordpress with woocommerce does not allow to distinguish the type of order placed ("processing" for orders that have been paid by credit card for example and "on hold" for orders that must be paid by check).
The two status-dependent order confirmation emails should not have the same content: an email for an order in "processing" indicates that the payment is ok and that the order is being prepared. while an email for an order in "on hold" indicating that the order is awaiting payment and will be prepared only when payment is received.

kill emails in queue with API
It would be great if we could delete all of our emails in your queue via API.
We had a bug in our software and unfortunately had to watch how emails were processed again and again, which we wanted to delete in any case. Unfortunately, our hands were tied (we did not reach your support either).
Specifically, we kept running into a send limit (even after adjusting our service plan) because it was always the same emails to the same recipients. Of course, these were all blocked by you (fortunately).

Unhash the contact ID in the Contact page URL
Can you make a url that we could generate given the user's ID so we can have a better integration with our system and mailjet?
I'd like to have a place within our app where I can show a link that clicks directly into mailjet so our customer success team can take a look at what emails have been sent to a given user of ours.
I'd essentially like to post links in my app to https://app.mailjet.com/contacts/overview/3eM8T but the "3eM8T" isn't something I can access, so I just want a url redirect that can use ContactId to identify the mailjet…

Analytics reports in PDF format
I propose to put the reports in PDF format with tables and diagrams as presented on your site. This would be much more useful and convenient and is what other emailing services (your competitors) offer.
It is not easy to analyze a csv file and keep it in the archives.

Sort campaigns by metric
I would like to be able to sort the campaigns by results (from best open rate to the lowest, from best click rate to the lowest, etc...)

Default section background color
It would be nice to have a default color for section backgrounds.

enable download of the stats of a campaign
The stats of the campaign can not be downloaded ( open rate, click rate, additional indicators available on the UI). Currently, it is time consuming to do internal reporting compilation.
Download report is available but the file only dispaly result per recipient.

See growth and changes to a contact list
Daily or weekly email on changes to a contact list. Mailchimp has this and it's a nice feature. I can't see how to monitor the growth of my list over time.

Automation workflow to follow-up on non-openers
It would be nice to be able to make a mail and relaunch the non openers in the same scenario. So to be able to filter the segment on each mail sent in the scenario.

Limiting sends by user or domain
it would be fantastic to limit the amount of email a domain can send even how many emails a day or month can an address send, that will allow us to limit our problematic users those who send email chains etc.

RSS improvements (customization and automated sending)
Hello, the RSS import functionality is very limited. I would like to be able to customize the import style to have automatically a custom button (color, rounding, text). To be able to automate the sending of email with an RSS feed that feeds itself at the time of sending. Moreover, why is the image of my feed not displayed, even though it is present on the feed (https://iris-creativite.com/blogiris/feed)?

Filter register-date for one specific day
When creating a segment is not possible to filter register-date for specific day example: 7 days ago.
Using the condition on the last 7 days it includes from the day 1 until 7, not allowing to specificied one day.2 votes
