DKIM canonicalization
Canonicalization is a process by which the headers and body of an email are converted to a canonical standard form before being signed. This can be thought of as converting data that can be represented in a number of ways into a standard canonical form.
Some mail systems modify emails in transit that can potentially invalidate DKIM. Some mail signers may require that minor mail modification is fine and others may be more strict and require stricter canonicalization be used.

Additional contact fields in reporting
Hi,
For email campaign reporting - it would be useful to be able to select other fields uploaded into the contact lists for individuals (not just their email address).
For example, organisation, sales owner, job title, our CRM ID no..
This will help our CRM team in their follow up. In particular, for the activity, non-delivery and link reports.

Sería bueno poder contar con la posibilidad de hacer reportes de estadísticas para un determinado Subject de mail.

Hello, I find the Webhook feature very interesting. Unfortunately, the content of the JSON sent to an event (bounce, spam, etc) does not contain the fields required by the webhook provided by Slack.
Indeed, Slack requires at least one of the following fields: text / fallback / attachments. (documentation here: https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks#threads)It would be very convenient to add this text field in the JSON currently sent by Mailjet.

Ability to separate Transactional and Campaign statistics on the Stats page
When looking at the global Stats page, I would like to be able to separate statistics between marketing campaign emails and transaction emails.

Apply the pre-blocking list by dedicated IP or on the shared pool to avoid global blocking.
Currently, if a recipient sends a hardbounce, all Mailjet senders are blocked, including those with a dedicated IP. It would be interesting to block only those belonging to shared pools (to avoid a drop in the overall score) and let the dedicated IPs make a reputation for themselves.

RSS improvements (customization and automated sending)
Hello, the RSS import functionality is very limited. I would like to be able to customize the import style to have automatically a custom button (color, rounding, text). To be able to automate the sending of email with an RSS feed that feeds itself at the time of sending. Resume a stopped Workflow
We would like to suggest that Mailjet would have a function to be able to resume a Stopped workflow.
We can't use the Lock Workflow because we want to totally pause all email send outs to the contacts currently enrolled to the workflow.

Day X at expiration
If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.
New contact in the list = time X
X + 1 day: message 1
X + 3 days: Message 2
X + 5 days: Message 3In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

Alerts when email count hits a threshold
I would like to be able to receive alerts (via email or SMS) when I am approaching a threshold of number of emails sent from my account. This could help catch runaway processes or abuse.

Administration of Shared Access Users
If someone has been shared access with the role Manager, they should be able to further share access to other users.
In other words not only the admin of the account should be able to shared access.

Limiting sends by user or domain
it would be fantastic to limit the amount of email a domain can send even how many emails a day or month can an address send, that will allow us to limit our problematic users those who send email chains etc.
