  1. The ability to have links be clickable would be nice.

    When doing a standard preview as well (no tokens), seeing how a email will work/look for a specific user (including any contact property based information) would be beneficial.

  2. As an API User,
    I want to know what's my remaining quota on contact management API calls,
    So that I can plan accordingly on my side and queue my calls if needed to avoid hiting the hourly rate limit.

    For example:
    X-RateLimit-Limit - Request limit per hour
    X-RateLimit-Remaining - The number of requests left for the time window

  3. ma liste de diffusion est principalement constituée d'adresses e-mails de professionnels dans de grandes sociétés, les serveurs de réception vérifient de plus en plus souvent les e-mails reçus avec un principe de clic automatique sur tous les liens URL que comporte le message reçu.   5. Integrations often needs to know if a template has changed. At the moment the only way to know that is with a polling mechanism, that's very inefficient.
    A webhook can be a better solution for those cases and can be invoked when published template changes are saved.

  6. At the moment, it's not possible to know if a template is published or not when retrieved from API. As a consequence, if we try to call the /template/{id}/detailcontent on draft template, the API response is a 404.
    To solve this issue, is important to know the status of a template or to filter templates on /template API for status, to exclude draft templates.

  7. Hi. It would be great to have something similar to the RSS-Feed but for products. It would be great to set up a html block in order to integrate products easily. Similar to the rss feed where you can search for IDs or keywords, we would like to search for an article no or article name and thus integrate it directly into an html block. This way it would be very easy to set up a product newsletter with i.e. new products with the image, name and price of the product.

  8. Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

  10. Man kann aktuell nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl an Funktionen und Methoden nutzten, die Twig anbietet. Es wäre toll, wenn man mehr oder sogar alle Funktionen und Methoden nutzen könnte.

    Konkret würde ich gerne prüfen wollen, ob ein String z.B. ein bestimmtes Zeichen oder eine Zeichenfolge enthält.

    You can currently only use a very small selection of functions and methods that Twig offers. It would be great to be able to use more or even all functions and methods.

    Specifically, I would like to check if a string contains a certain character or string, for example.

  11. It is needed to see in the Mailjet Stats the subject as was sent to the client and not the subject not traslated from thetemplate languaje wiht the vars:, If sentences.
    When we use variables ""vars:.." in a subject of a transactional template, in the mailjet stats ,the subject is shown "raw" with the vars: statements in template languaje instead of the subject sent to the client.

  12. Your email campaign engagement rates are calculated wrongly.

    E.g. if I send to 1000 people, 900 was delivered successfully, 200 opened, 20 clicked, 5 unsubscribed

    Current calculation method returns:

    90% delivery rate (900/1000 - total received/total sent)
    22.2% open rate (200/900 - total opened/total received)
    10% clicked rate (20/200 - total clicked/total opened)
    0.56% unsubscribed (5/900 - total unsubscribed/total received)

    All numbers should be divided by [number of people SENT] instead. The example above should return:

    90% delivery rate (900/1000 - correct)
    20% open rate (200/1000 - total opened/total sent)
    2% clicked rate (20/1000 - total clicked/total sent)
    0.50% unsubscribed…

  13. Hello, we use the subscription widget to build our contact lists and some formularies have a language choice. Unfortunately, once subscribed, users cannot change their language choice because the address is already registered. Can you provide for this possibility?

  14. On subaccount Level there should be the possibility to a set recipient domain to a blacklist with the consequence that every triggered email to the recipient domain will be blocked, similar when trying to tiggere emails to gmail.de which will got immediately blocked.

  19. It would be useful to be able to add a personalized link that opens Google Translate on the page. Especially, when you have less Customers in a language, you won't to mulitple translations.

    Currently you can use:
    - short_permalink which works with Google Translate, but is not personalized.
    - using the normal permalink results in an error on Google, as the link is too long.

    Thus having a personalized shortlink as parameter would do the trick, or either having a ready parameter that does already to Google Translate.

    We use it like:
    "Open in Browser"
    "German Version" -> automatically translated.

  20. Nous avons pu constater que certains utilisateurs n'étaient pas comptabilisé dans les ouvreurs d'une campagne, mais pouvaient quand même être remontés parmi les cliqueurs effectifs. Le flag "ouvreur" n'est pas forcément levé, mais pour autant on devrait pouvoir considérer qu'un "cliqueur" a forcément ouvert l'email.

    Nous souhaitons disposer des filtres cumulant les deux informations "ouvert" et "cliqué". Par exemple :
    - "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email depuis"
    - "A ouvert une campagne ou a cliqué dans une campagne depuis"
    - "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email de la campagne"
