  4. Some fonts are incorrectly defined in the mailing.
    E.g. Arial or Open Sans. Links to Google Fonts are inserted, but the fonts cannot be accessed under Google Fonts. See link.

    According to GDPR, the fonts should be retrieved from the Mailjet server or the customer's server and not from a third source. The retrieval of Google Webfonts should therefore be changed as a matter of urgency.

    It should also be possible to specify the font for the fallback.

In den Kontoeinstellungen ist dieses auch ersichtlich, allerdings haben wir keinerlei Premium-Funktionen (Supportmeldung, Einrichten mehrere Benutzerkonten etc.).     n'est-il pas possible de changer le retour de votre API lorsque l'on tente d'envoyer un mail avec un expéditeur non validé? J'ai récemment eu un souci lié à un expéditeur autorisé uniquement sur le compte principal mais pas sur un sous compte (cf ticket #2434150) et j'avoue que le retour API nous a vraiment induit en erreur. Pour cause, dans ce cas, l'API nous transmet un succès et un id de message comme si tout était OK, sauf que malheureusement, l'envoie n'as pas fonctionné et l'id renvoie une 404 lorsqu'on tente de faire un get ?
    Ce correctif serait…

  9. Ability to determine a limit of emails to be send per sub-accounts per calendar year or month or week. i.e An account has a 1M yearly volume but can assign a limit of 100k for sub-account A, 200k for sub-account B, etc...Basically breaking down the allowance per sub-account.

Is it possible to have an email sent to us with a summary of the previous days sent emails, we use the service to send order emails and if one gets soft bounced or other errors we are not aware of it. It would be good if we can have an email summary sent to us each day so we can look out for issues, so it says x% were soft bounced, x% blocked etc...

  13. Importing DB. Instead of having to create a dedicated column to create a specific tag for an import, would it be possible like Mailchimp to insert the tag once the import is done. It will ease our work if we have several imports. Thx

  14. There is no option to stop sent email even tough system is ending 200 emails per day there is no option to stop or change email after clicking sent. This is a very serious problem!

  19. Instead of sending to one of our entire databases in one hit, I would like the ability to stagger the sends over a time period. I.e. send 10 batches of 1,000 emails, waiting 30mins in between, instead of 1 batch one 10,000

  20. We are presenting Mailjet as a white-label solution in an iframe. However, the email that's sent to validate an individual sender's email address still contains the Mailjet branding, which causes confusion in a white-label presentation. Please consider providing a solution that provides a white-label experience at all touchpoints, including the email that is sent to validate a sender's email address.
