Dynamic Segments for Automation Emails
Enhance Automation Workflow: we need dynamic segments based on user behavior.
Here is an example: we want to send a mailing to a contact list. Those users that clicked on links in the mailing should receive another mailing 7 days later (than the initial mailing, not the click date). User that DID NOT click on any links should NOT receive any further mailings.

Protect the SMTP API with GEO or IP fensing
With this feature an API key will only allow requests from certain IP-addresses (ranges) of countries. This limits the risks when API keys are compromised.

Ability to edit tracked links post-send
If a URL is entered incorrectly into a campaign and the clicks are tracked (meaning the traffic is redirected through Mailjet's servers), it would be useful for Mailjet to be able to redirect the links from their servers.

Renvoyer automatiquement les SoftBounce (ip partagée pré-bloquée)
Certains messages en rebonds temporaires (lorsque l'IP partagée est bloquée et que la raison = "expéditeur bloqué") devrait être automatiquement renvoyés dans un délai de 1h/5h/12h/24h selon les possibilités, mais il n'existe aucun moyen de cibler (via un segment par exemple) les emails en rebond temporaire pour renvoyer une campagne ensuite, donc MailJet devrait automatiquement renvoyé les emails lorsque la raison du rebond le permet.
Comme vu en pj, il y a un certain nombre d'email dans ce cas, et pour certains, il s'agit de clients actifs ayant ouvert des campagnes par le passé, c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir…1 vote -

cela nous permettra d'optimiser les templates en fonction des habitudes de nos utilisateurs

Ausgeschlossene E-Mail Adressen reaktivieren
Versehentlich habe ich E-Mail Adressen ausgeschlossen.
Gemäss System können diese mit der "Aktion" wieder anmelden reaktiviert werden...
Leider funktioniert diese Aktion nicht.

Workflows are not workflows, they are single triggers
Workflows need to have ability to design in different parameters to trigger different follow-up emails. Example: Message 1 is sent, those who do not click get message 2, those that click get message 3, those who do not open get message 4. Those that do not click message 2 get message 5. that is a true workflow. Having only 1 trigger for an entire workflow does not work at all, even if the trigger fires for each subsequent email in the workflow.

Stats area should include how many new subscribers in the last day/week/month and compare to averages and previous period etc
It would be really nice to be able to sort Contacts by their sign up date field, in reverse chronological order, within the dashboard. That way we can see all the new sign ups without having to export the entire list and sort in Excel.

i have some questions yesterday the plan was for $15.00 for $15,000 emails month included and today it jumped to $25? i want to sign up but you increased the price?

Post Verification features
Verification additional feature.
Once the verification is done, how about optional features to choose to delete email categories like, disposable and undeliverable?
At this time this only solutions are:
1. dowload the csv, clean it and upload it again in a new contact list.
this is not a good solution because all the backend using the API needs to be edited with new contact list ids.- keep the same lists and delete the unwanted emails one by one using the API with a loop function fed with the list of unwanted emails.

Add a "status" property on /template api call do specify if a template is publish or draft.
At the moment, it's not possible to know if a template is published or not when retrieved from API. As a consequence, if we try to call the /template/{id}/detailcontent on draft template, the API response is a 404.
To solve this issue, is important to know the status of a template or to filter templates on /template API for status, to exclude draft templates.4 votes -

Font Awesome embedding
Please give your users the option to embed icons based on the "font-awesome library". I`ve tried to embed a font-awesome-css file (from my server) in order to use it as a custom font. I failed to "trigger" an icon by using the unicode of a special icon. This technique is used on daily webdesign bases with CMS. I think it would be highly appreciated to have this option when layouting Newsletters in your editor as well. Best regards, Bjarne Rubin (info@pixle.de)

Make mailjet usable
Mailjet is the worst piece of software I needed to use in a long time. The loading times are horrible + I just deleted an email sequence because I was using something as a new template + I'm getting logged out all the time. You're very lucky that we don't have the dev capacity to switch to another tool right now, but as soon as we have a bit time we will 100% switch to XXXXX or any other tool. You are making the world a worse place with your software
