Ability to edit tracked links post-send
If a URL is entered incorrectly into a campaign and the clicks are tracked (meaning the traffic is redirected through Mailjet's servers), it would be useful for Mailjet to be able to redirect the links from their servers.

Renvoyer automatiquement les SoftBounce (ip partagée pré-bloquée)
Certains messages en rebonds temporaires (lorsque l'IP partagée est bloquée et que la raison = "expéditeur bloqué") devrait être automatiquement renvoyés dans un délai de 1h/5h/12h/24h selon les possibilités, mais il n'existe aucun moyen de cibler (via un segment par exemple) les emails en rebond temporaire pour renvoyer une campagne ensuite, donc MailJet devrait automatiquement renvoyé les emails lorsque la raison du rebond le permet.
Comme vu en pj, il y a un certain nombre d'email dans ce cas, et pour certains, il s'agit de clients actifs ayant ouvert des campagnes par le passé, c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir…1 vote -
Ausgeschlossene E-Mail Adressen reaktivieren
Versehentlich habe ich E-Mail Adressen ausgeschlossen.
Gemäss System können diese mit der "Aktion" wieder anmelden reaktiviert werden...
Leider funktioniert diese Aktion nicht.

According to the system these can be reactivated with the "action" register again...

Pour un contact qui s'est désabonné par erreur et qui souhaite à nouveau recevoir nos Newsletters, je souhaiterais une option qui lui permette d'être réabonné par défaut à chaque liste de contacts que nous créons (sans que nous n'ayons d'action à réaliser).

Should be able to drag and drop to rearrange emails in a workflow.
I'm unable to easily rearrange emails in a workflow. New emails can only be added at the END of the sequence. But if I want to add one at the beginning, or in the middle, I can't simply drag and drop it to rearrange the emails in the sequence. I have to edit EVERY SINGLE EMAIL in the sequence. This is highly inconvenient.

Stats area should include how many new subscribers in the last day/week/month and compare to averages and previous period etc
It would be really nice to be able to sort Contacts by their sign up date field, in reverse chronological order, within the dashboard. That way we can see all the new sign ups without having to export the entire list and sort in Excel.

i have some questions yesterday the plan was for $15.00 for $15,000 emails month included and today it jumped to $25? i want to sign up but you increased the price?

Impossible de joindre le service facturation Mailjet pour se faire rembourser un prélèvement indu et pour modifier une adresse erronée. Mailjet, faut de la transparence et de l'accessibilité.

Font Awesome embedding
Please give your users the option to embed icons based on the "font-awesome library". I`ve tried to embed a font-awesome-css file (from my server) in order to use it as a custom font. I failed to "trigger" an icon by using the unicode of a special icon. This technique is used on daily webdesign bases with CMS. I think it would be highly appreciated to have this option when layouting Newsletters in your editor as well. Best regards, Bjarne Rubin (info@pixle.de)

Make mailjet usable
Mailjet is the worst piece of software I needed to use in a long time. The loading times are horrible + I just deleted an email sequence because I was using something as a new template + I'm getting logged out all the time. You're very lucky that we don't have the dev capacity to switch to another tool right now, but as soon as we have a bit time we will 100% switch to XXXXX or any other tool. You are making the world a worse place with your software

Il serait pratique de connaitre la raison du désabonnement de nos emailings(voir exemple en PJ). Certains le propose et je souhaite faire la même chose et c'est relativement pratique pour analyser les désabonnements.

Contact List Improvements
Two requests:
1. Please make it easier to add a contact to a distribution list. The format you are utilizing is very IT driven and not everyday people user friendly.- Please add a a sort function to Contact Lists and make the display properties stay in place. It is annoying to have to add display properties every time you leave and return to the page.

récupérer expéditeur exact via API
Avec l'API, le path 'https://api.mailjet.com/v3/REST/message' permet de récupérer des informations sur les messages envoyés.
Nous pouvons récupérer notamment, l'attribut "SenderID" qui donne l'identifiant d'un expéditeur validé. Nous avons validé le nom de domaine @mondomaine.com (par exemple) donc on sait que SenderID correspondant à @domaine.com cependant j'aimerai savoir qui est l'expéditeur exact (toto@domaine.com, titi@domaine.com, ...).
L'information doit bien être stockée quelque part puisque quand on fait un export CSV à partir de Mailjet cette information est bien disponible.ENGLISH

Stop Sending button
I would love it if there was stop sending button so you can stop the sending if you notice a mistake. Would be very easy to program.

Awful API documentation and examples
API documentation is atrocious. Example given for sending a basic email does not work, gives a 400 error message stating that "At least FromEmail or Sender must be provided" when following all steps provided. No further details about this error in the documentation. Price was a good draw, but API like this will have us going to another provider.

Workflow continues based on link click (or not click after delay)
It would be great if instead of just triggering an email in a workflow by delay or date, you could also trigger a particular email in a series depending on whether a specific link was clicked in the first email!
