1. Product-Integration via XML

   Hi. It would be great to have something similar to the RSS-Feed but for products. It would be great to set up a html block in order to integrate products easily. Similar to the rss feed where you can search for IDs or keywords, we would like to search for an article no or article name and thus integrate it directly into an html block. This way it would be very easy to set up a product newsletter with i.e. new products with the image, name and price of the product.

3. "stoi" error in template error reporting improvement

   Please make the "stoi" error more descriptive. We are working with large templates and if this error could provide more information on the exact integer that is causing this this occur it would be very helpful.

   Il faudrait avoir la possibilité d'ajouter une section sauvegardée depuis un modèle HTML.
   Nous travaillons avec une agence qui intègre les e-mails de 0 et c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir utiliser les section sauvegardée. On perds beaucoup de temps à la mise à jour

   ma liste de diffusion est principalement constituée d'adresses e-mails de professionnels dans de grandes sociétés, les serveurs de réception vérifient de plus en plus souvent les e-mails reçus avec un principe de clic automatique sur tous les liens URL que comporte le message reçu. Ce qui fait que dès la première minute de réception, j'ai plus de 20% des emails envoyés qui sont notés comme cliqués (information totalement parasite), et si je veux via votre tableau ne voir que les e-mails qui effectivement ont été ouverts, j'obtiens en fait une liste totalement inexploitable qui comporte les e-mails ouverts + les e-mails cliqués, puisque vous partez du principe que si l'e-mail a été cliqué, c'est qu'il a été ouvert, alors que ce n'est pas le cas. Comment obtenir une liste avec les SEULS e-mails ouverts, sans la pollution des faux clics?

   my mailing list is mainly made up of professional e-mail addresses in large companies, the receiving servers check the e-mails received more and more often with a principle of automatic clicking on all the URL links in the message received. This means that from the first minute of receipt, I have more than 20% of the emails sent which are noted as clicked (totally parasitic information), and if I want via your table to only see the emails which have actually been opened, I actually get a totally unusable list that has emails opened + emails clicked since you're assuming that if the email was clicked, it was opened when this is not the case. How to get a list with ONLY emails opened, without the pollution of fake clicks?

10. Unsub handling needs to be improved

    We are a company with multiple products per division. We need the ability to automate unsubs at product, division and company level. If someone unsubscribes from one campaign I need to ensure they are automatically excluded from that campaign. I would also want the ability for that unsub to trigger further additions to other unsub lists such as the "company wide" list. Having to rely on staff to do so manually each time is not acceptable from a compliance perspective

    Hi,
    Mailjet allows you to upload extra fields in records, but does not allow you to download this information. We need other fields such as donor number to be able to more easily identify the record on our database for updating. Please add an option to allow this.

12. optimize analytics functionality

    As suggested by Svilen in #2142368 I'd like to suggest an improvement for your product team: As a customer administrator, I would like to gain more insights to the send eMails (campaign and transactional eMails via API and SMTP), so that I can better investigate in case of wrongly send messages. One thing I would like to see is the send messages over time per FROM address.

    Currently I could only use API to get data and analysis by my own. Assuming that I'm not the only customer with the statistic demand, it would wasted time if every customer would need to develop this statistics. It would be more efficient, if MailJet would offer these kind of basic analysis.

    Embedding an email subscription form to a customer website is done by using an iframe. I was told by customer support that this is currently the only option. A downside of this method is that the subscription form sets a number of cookies, including marketing cookies used for tracking users across multiple websites in order to present advertising. According to current privacy principles, a website visitor needs to be given an option to decline cookies that are not essential for the basic function of the website. The problem is that the embedded subscription form does not work if the visitor has declined marketing cookies. Would it make sense for Mailjet to develop an alternative way of using the subscription form? For example, hosting the form on Mailjet server in a way that only a link to it would be required on the customer website. This way, no additional cookies would be set through the customer website.

14. Multiple accounts on one email address

    It would be great if you could set up a login system whereby one email could be used to log into multiple accounts.

    Eg. instead of using an email address you rather have a User ID.

    Why you might ask?

    I do newsletters for various customers and currently, they cannot add me as a user because my email address is already linked to an account. So they rather send me their user login for me to use. Meaning we are both logged in under one user, making it difficult to see who did what.

    Another valid point would be that I then have full access to their accounts, which I would rather not have.

    Hace poco tuvimos un bloqueo temporal de correo por el cual perdimos algún contrato. El problema es que los correos no son rebotados y no supimos que la cuenta estaba bloqueada hasta que entramos al panel de mailjet. Os pedimos que si realizar dicha acción mandéis un correo avisando para así poder entrar en el panel y saber que pasa. También sería adecuado para agilizar los tiempos que mandarais en porque ha sido bloqueado para poder aportar pruebas o poder tomar cualquier medida que nos sea necesaria.

The problem is that the emails are not bounced and we did not know that the account was blocked until we entered the mailjet panel. We ask that if you do this, please send an email to let us know so that we can log into the panel and find out what is going on. It would also be appropriate to expedite the times that you send because it has been blocked to be able to provide evidence or to take any action that is necessary for us.

    Les Campagnes programmées devraient être disponible dans la segmentation :
    "N'a pas ouvert la campagne > campagne programmée"
    Dans le cadre de relance aux contacts n'ayant pas ouvert la précédente campagne, cela permettrait de programmée une Campagne à un segment complet + la Relance à un segment n'ayant pas ouvert cette Campagne.
    Actuellement, nous pouvons segmenter uniquement par des Campagnes déjà envoyées. Il est impossible de programmer une relance.
    J'espère que c'est suffisamment clair par écrit.

    Regarding segmentation.
    Scheduled Campaigns should be available in the segmentation:
    "Has not opened campaign > scheduled campaign"
    In the context of reminders to contacts who have not opened the previous campaign, this would allow a Campaign to be programmed for a complete segment + the Reminder for a segment that has not opened this Campaign.
    Currently, we can only segment by Campaigns that have already been sent. It is not possible to schedule a reminder.
