  3. I would like to use a left aligned template so that format looks simple as we do in normal email. Currently all templates, even the letter template, appear center aligned.

  4. Il faudrait avoir la possibilité d'ajouter une section sauvegardée depuis un modèle HTML.
    Nous travaillons avec une agence qui intègre les e-mails de 0 et c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir utiliser les section sauvegardée. On perds beaucoup de temps à la mise à jour

  5. ma liste de diffusion est principalement constituée d'adresses e-mails de professionnels dans de grandes sociétés, les serveurs de réception vérifient de plus en plus souvent les e-mails reçus avec un principe de clic automatique sur tous les liens URL que comporte le message reçu.   8. We are a company with multiple products per division. We need the ability to automate unsubs at product, division and company level. If someone unsubscribes from one campaign I need to ensure they are automatically excluded from that campaign. I would also want the ability for that unsub to trigger further additions to other unsub lists such as the "company wide" list. Having to rely on staff to do so manually each time is not acceptable from a compliance perspective

  9. Top level Account/Sub-Account page showing high level statistics for each sub account. Have the same data range selector capability to show today, 7 days, etc. but show the graphs and totals for each on the same page along with an aggregate section of the entire account. This is more inline with an executive dashboard, having to go through menus to see each sub-account individually and manually calculate aggregate numbers is time consuming and ridiculous.

  10. Dans le cas où le destinataire a en place un logiciel du type MailInBlack, comment puis-je m'assurer de récupérer les emails de réponse MailInBlack afin de passer la validation ?

    A priori des concurrents tels que Sarbacane sont capables de récupérer ces emails et les retourner au sender. Cela nous met régulièrement en difficulté pour l'obtention des contrats.

    L'adresse d'expédition est dans le format suivant : "NomduClient noreply@rdvcoiffure.fr"

    Nous voyons dans les Statistiques les envois par "noreply@rdvcoiffure.fr" mais pas "NomduClient".

    Serait-il possible de récupérer ou d'effectuer une recherche sur cette information (Visualisation, Export, API…) ??

  12. Need to be able to use segments against the entire contacts database at the account/sub-account level so that all contacts fitting the criteria can be emailed. Restriction of list size to 20MB and having to uplaod a list to be able to email to it when you have dynamic lists is very time consuming. Being able to access the mast contact list then applying segmentation to it does away with having to upload new lists.

    Mailjet allows you to upload extra fields in records, but does not allow you to download this information. We need other fields such as donor number to be able to more easily identify the record on our database for updating. Please add an option to allow this.

As suggested by Svilen in #2142368 I'd like to suggest an improvement for your product team: As a customer administrator, I would like to gain more insights to the send eMails (campaign and transactional eMails via API and SMTP), so that I can better investigate in case of wrongly send messages. One thing I would like to see is the send messages over time per FROM address.

    Currently I could only use API to get data and analysis by my own. Assuming that I'm not the only customer with the statistic demand, it would wasted time if every customer would…

  15. Embedding an email subscription form to a customer website is done by using an iframe. I was told by customer support that this is currently the only option. A downside of this method is that the subscription form sets a number of cookies, including marketing cookies used for tracking users across multiple websites in order to present advertising.   16. It would be great if you could set up a login system whereby one email could be used to log into multiple accounts.

    Eg. instead of using an email address you rather have a User ID.

    Why you might ask?

    I do newsletters for various customers and currently, they cannot add me as a user because my email address is already linked to an account. So they rather send me their user login for me to use. Meaning we are both logged in under one user, making it difficult to see who did what.

  19. Hace poco tuvimos un bloqueo temporal de correo por el cual perdimos algún contrato. El problema es que los correos no son rebotados y no supimos que la cuenta estaba bloqueada hasta que entramos al panel de mailjet. Os pedimos que si realizar dicha acción mandéis un correo avisando para así poder entrar en el panel y saber que pasa. También sería adecuado para agilizar los tiempos que mandarais en porque ha sido bloqueado para poder aportar pruebas o poder tomar cualquier medida que nos sea necesaria.

    Concernant la Segmentation.
    Les Campagnes programmées devraient être disponible dans la segmentation :
    "N'a pas ouvert la campagne > campagne programmée"
    Dans le cadre de relance aux contacts n'ayant pas ouvert la précédente campagne, cela permettrait de programmée une Campagne à un segment complet + la Relance à un segment n'ayant pas ouvert cette Campagne.
    Actuellement, nous pouvons segmenter uniquement par des Campagnes déjà envoyées. Il est impossible de programmer une relance.
    J'espère que c'est suffisamment clair par écrit.
