  1. Need the ability to rate limit the number of emails sent in an hours time, if a list/campaign is 12,000 contacts have a function that says deliver 5,000 emails per hour until finished. This will also help with keeping from being rate limited by recipient systems like Microsoft and Google and being put into a queue to retry or soft bounced.

  3. I asked through a support ticket, and confirmed it's not possible to edit the appearance of the widget error or success messages that a visitor sees. I am able to edit the text, but can't change a font size or color to make the style match the rest of my site. I tried to put inline HTML into the confirmation message, and it did not render as HTML, but showed the HTML tag in the confirmation message. This is an important feature for us, as the confirmation message is quite ugly.

  5. Possibility to use more than one segment when scheduling a campaign. Apply different segments in one campaign and have a deduplication in order users will receive only one campaign.

  8. If someone has been shared access with the role Manager, they should be able to further share access to other users.

    In other words not only the admin of the account should be able to shared access.

  9. It would be great if we could delete all of our emails in your queue via API.

    We had a bug in our software and unfortunately had to watch how emails were processed again and again, which we wanted to delete in any case. Unfortunately, our hands were tied (we did not reach your support either).

    Specifically, we kept running into a send limit (even after adjusting our service plan) because it was always the same emails to the same recipients. Of course, these were all blocked by you (fortunately).

  11. In order to stop sending messages to a recipient who entered a workflow but completed the action driven by this workflow in the middle of it (for example a purchase), we need the ability unsubscribe recipients from workflows so that they don't keep receiving messages.

  12. We would like to be able to embed the widget using strictly html instead of using an iframe. This gives us full control on the code. We are concerned about ADA compliance since iframes are not compliant. Disabled users cant user their assitive devices on iframes. Thank you!

  16. Currenty there is no different user registration process for SSO users, we have to invite, user has to click on activation link and set a password, although for SSO Login the password is never needed.
    I recommend to change the SSO User process. We should be able to invite as "SSO User", it is OK if the user has still to activate their user, but without the need to set a password.

  18. Hello guys,
    I suggest an improvement in the "segmentation" area: I think it's really disappointing that it's impossible to edit or delete an old segmentation, just because I've used this to send a campaign in the past. In other DEM applications (like MailChimp for example) those operations are possible, and the list is clean and useful.
    Whit Mailjet I have to search, and if I change the field configuration, I cannot use the same segmentation.
    It's very annoying this problem. Could you do something?
