Serait-il possible de conditionner la modification d'une clé secrète d'API à l'entrée préalable du mot de passe du compte de Mailjet ? Un hacheur ce week-end a tenté de se servir de la clé d'API d'un sous-compte en changeant sa clé d'API, après qu'on avait fait des modifications du compte principal comme suite à son piratage. S'il avait fallu entrer le nouveau mot de passe du compte Mailjet, j'imagine que le pirate n'aurait pas pu récidiver.

Disable ip blocking for public cloud providers
My application running in google app engine was unable to send emails for more than a day. All api invocations resulted in the connection being immediately closed from the mailjet side. The resulting ticket suggested it could be that the sending IP address was blocked owing to DOS prevention. But google cloud egress uses a shared pool of IP addresses so I have no influence over the ip address. Mailjet should accept the reality of the cloud situation and never block pooled ip addresses of reputable cloud providers. Mailjet is supposed to be a recommended service provider to google cloud…

Enable Automation for User Provisioning
It will be much easier for admins to manage users in corporate accounts if Mailjet will have a feature of system cross identity management (SCIM) or user functions through API.
The addition or creating new users has a lot of manual process.

Support for Finnish language
In the new Form Builder it does not seem to be possible to edit the text that is displayed after the user has submitted his subscription. A generic text is displayed in the selected language. At the moment Finnish is not supported which is very inconvenient. Can you fix this?

New Subscription Form Builder
I am unable to make the new subscription form work on my website. When copying the HTML code to an embedded widget, no subscribe button is displayed, as is currently the case. There is no button code in the new system, so how does one make this work? I am using Website Builder from UK2.

Add alt-attribute to maijet tracking pixel
I noticed that no alt attribute is added to Mailjet's tracking pixel (1x1 img).
This leads to a devaluation in the suspected spam rating of the e-mail.I ask that you set an alt attribute on your tracking pixel by default.

Allow shorter SMTP credentials
Please provide an option to use shorter API credentials. The mailjet-generated 32 character user and passwords will often not work with older devices that limit the length of the acceptable userids and passwords.

Custom-made subscription Widget
I would love to have the option to create Custom-made Subscription Widgets without using the editor. The expert mode is also very limiting, unfortunately. It would be great if I could just connect a plain HTML Form to Mailjet

Sort campaigns by categories(values)
It would be a great advantage to be able to sort your campaigns by all values such as opens, clicks and emails, so that the campaign with the most clicks appears at the top and the one with the second highest etc.

Prestashop update
Hello,
Please update the Prestashop module (plugin) to make it compatible with version 1.7.7.0, because currently there is a 500 error that prevents the module from working .
Prestashop is the most used ecommerce CMS in France, I don't understand why it is not updated for your customers, we can't use Mailjet on this version anymore...

Resume a stopped Workflow
We would like to suggest that Mailjet would have a function to be able to resume a Stopped workflow.
We can't use the Lock Workflow because we want to totally pause all email send outs to the contacts currently enrolled to the workflow.

Limiting sends by user or domain
it would be fantastic to limit the amount of email a domain can send even how many emails a day or month can an address send, that will allow us to limit our problematic users those who send email chains etc.

More detailed stats for workflows
When using workflows, the stats feature is fairly minimal. A few minor adds would be nice:
- Add date ranges

Many software cannot be used with mailjet SMTP because of the username.
you provide a long key but without any @domain.com, some software refuse the username.suggestion :
if the username is ABCDEFGH....
Allow to enter ABCDEFGH@fakedomain.com as a username (and just ignore anything after the @)

Choose Opt-in Settings
We must have Opt-in Settings to allow the users choose between single opt-on or double opt-in. For some cases like events invitations, single opt-in process is easier to allow the users to register without having a long process of confirmation.

Die Filterung nach Datum oder EMail-Status ist für uns nicht so relevant. Wir müssen von Zeit zu Zeit gucken welche Mails an einen bestimmten User verschickt wurde. Wir nutzen Ihr System nicht für einen Newsletter-Versand, sondern für den Versand von Status-Mails an unsere User aus unserer TeamDrive-Software heraus. Hier bekommt der User unterschiedliche Mail-Templates zugeschickt. Ich kann jetzt nur den Tag eingrenzen und muss mich dann durch die zahlreichen Seiten klicken, um auf den Seiten dann jeweils nach der Email-Adresse zu suchen. Es wäre so viel einfacher,…
