1. Email-Filter auf der Statistik-Seite

   Hallo,

   ich hätte einen Feature-Wunsch: Können Sie auf der Statistik-Seite einen EMail-Filter ergänzen?

   Die Filterung nach Datum oder EMail-Status ist für uns nicht so relevant. Wir müssen von Zeit zu Zeit gucken welche Mails an einen bestimmten User verschickt wurde. Wir nutzen Ihr System nicht für einen Newsletter-Versand, sondern für den Versand von Status-Mails an unsere User aus unserer TeamDrive-Software heraus. Hier bekommt der User unterschiedliche Mail-Templates zugeschickt. Ich kann jetzt nur den Tag eingrenzen und muss mich dann durch die zahlreichen Seiten klicken, um auf den Seiten dann jeweils nach der Email-Adresse zu suchen. Es wäre so viel einfacher, wenn man einfach nach der Email-Adresse filtern könnte.

   I have a feature request: Can you add an email filter to the statistics page?

   Filtering by date or email status is not so relevant for us. We need to check from time to time which emails have been sent to a particular user. We don't use your system to send newsletters, but to send status emails to our users from our TeamDrive software. Here the user receives different mail templates. I can now only narrow down the day and then have to click through the numerous pages to search for the email address on each page. It would be so much easier if I could simply filter by email address.

2. Get last newsletter on signup

   Send the last or current newsletter as soon as they sign up for the mailing list. That way they don't have to wait a month or however long it takes til the next one comes out to see if that's what they want. They can also opt out if they are not serious.

3. Make adding new contacts MUCH easier please.

   Hey there. New user. Genuinely like the service. I think that adding emails to the list is just wayyyyy to cumbersome and laborious. I met a few people at an event last night. They really wanted to be added to the list for future shows. I wished I could have just entered them in my phone and be done. Instead I have to write down their emails and then come to my desk, sign in (which is also very slow with the image ID thing) get to my lists, select the cog widget, and THEN go through 4 steps to add the emails to my main list. Adding emails is, after all, the life's blood of my business. And the more recent ones are the most important as those are the contacts most likely to respond. But adding them takes lots and lots of cumbersome steps and that seems to me the very opposite of what it should be like. Thanks.

4. Allow single opt-in forms

   Sometimes, you really want a single opt in form. In my use case, I'd like for users to optionally sign up to enter a raffle after they've completed a rather long survey. This shouldn't require a double opt-in flow.

6. Trigger and modal bugs

   Hi,
   I encountered multiple bugs using the new subscription form builder.
   1 - the trigger button doesnt scroll to the top of the page. So the user click the button on bottom of a very long page but the form appears on top where the user cant see it.
   2 - the form modal is not fixed and the user can scroll under it
   3 - when I close the modal and reopen it via the trigger, the form in the modal is broken (displayed inline instead of block?)
   There are workarounds for 1 and 2 but 3 seems blocking because the modal is in an iframe...

8. Gros bug : à améliorer

   Bonjour, de gros problèmes à l'inscription sur vos nouveaux formulaires qui remplacent l'inscription. Le bug est qu'il est souvent impossible de s'inscrire pour les utilisateurs. De plus la mise en forme des champs du formulaire (alignement à gauche par exemple) ne fonctionne pas !

9. Add Checkbox for Boolean Contact Properties

   It would be nice if the new form editor also offered the possibility to use a checkbox as a form field - for contact properties of the type "Boolean".

    Liebes mailjet-Entwicklungsteam,

    ich habe den neuen Form-Editor ausgiebig getestet und festgestellt, dass er den alten Form-Editor nicht ersetzen kann:

    – es gibt keine Möglichkeit, Radio-Buttons oder Auswahlfelder anzulegen

    – es wird keine Schnittstelle zur Übergabe von POST-Parametern per Action-URL aus eigenen Formularen unterstützt

    – die Option, selbst HTML-Code ins Formular zu packen, legt den Code automatisch innerhalb eines iFrames ab (dann iFrame innerhalb des Widget.iFrames), sodass dieser wie eine Barrierre die evtl. erfassten Inputs (z. B. aus einer Auswahlliste) blockt.

    DIese Mängel bzw. Vreschlechterungen wurden mir vom Support (Ticket #2440031) bestätigt.

    Meine Bitte: / mein Vorschlag
    Verlängern Sie die im alten Form-Editor erstellten WIdgets über den April 2023 hinaus - solange bis die o.g.n Fehler abgestellt wurde! Andernfalls muss ich leider von mailjet zu einer anderen Newsletter-Plattform wechseln.

    Dear mailjet development team,

    i have tested the new form editor extensively and found that it cannot replace the old form editor:

    • there is no possibility to create radio buttons or selection fields

    • there is no interface supported to pass POST parameters via action URL from your own forms

    • the option to put HTML code into the form automatically puts the code inside an iFrame (then iFrame inside the Widget.iFrame), so that it blocks the possibly captured inputs (e.g. from a selection list) like a barrier.

    These deficiencies have been confirmed to me by support (ticket #2440031).

    My request: / my suggestion
    Extend the WIdgets created in the old Form-Editor beyond April 2023 - until the above mentioned bugs are fixed! Otherwise, I'm afraid I'll have to switch from mailjet to another newsletter platform.

    There should be the ability to select multiple contacts and edit their properties, lists, etc in bulk. Editing contact properties and lists one-by-one is extremely tedious.

    Im neuen Form-Builder werden automatisch angeblich fehlende Elemente automatisch ergänzt. Das betrifft den Submit-Button und auch ein Text für die Zustimmung.
    Ich hätte gern die Freiheit das in eigenen HTML-Blöcken zu schreiben (wie auch beim alten Widget)
    Außerdem funktionieren die externen Webfonts nicht. Das ist ein No-Go wenn ich schon eure Buttons und Texte nehmen muss!

    From and EnvelopeFrom 2nd level mail domains are different.

    This should be corrected as it means a deduction of 0.249 points in the spam rating of the email.

    Il est impossible d'insérer un espace insécable dans l'éditeur d'email (j'ai contacté le support qui me l'a confirmé).
    Je ne comprend pas qu'une fonctionnalité basique comme celle-ci soit absente de votre outil !
    Quand allez-vous ajouter cette possibilité (le tiret insécable aussi d'ailleurs) ?

    It is impossible to insert a non-breaking space in the email editor (I contacted the support who confirmed it to me).

    When are you going to add this possibility (the non-breaking dash also by the way)?

    Je pars de mon expérience personnelle avec Mailjet. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'interface, très intuitive par rapport aux autres solutions du marché. Les mails sont toujours arrivés, très vite, sans accrocs.

    Je travaille pour une petite entreprise, et nous avons besoin d'un mix entre emails transactionnels, et marketing automation (par ex., quand un utilisateur clique dans un mail il faut le changer de liste, utiliser des conditions après une certains durée en jours, etc).

20. Automatic replys straight to the reply-to address

    Automatic reply's from the e-mail responders sent straight to the reply-to address. For example, it would be great to get all the "out of office" messages sent directly to the reply-to address, so the sender gets to see all the out of office / sick leave / etc messages.
