    I'm super happy with the modular principle, but there is one real disadvantage: you can't change the bullets and numbering in color. This is a real pity, because it makes my layout totally inconsistent. Is there anything you can do

  2. If someone has been shared access with the role Manager, they should be able to further share access to other users.

    In other words not only the admin of the account should be able to shared access.

  3. For testing puporses -especially with SMTP- it would be helpful to have a setting per subaccount where we can activate "Sandbox Mode".
    As long as the sandbox mode is active all triggered email -regardless via API or SMTP- should not be delivered via Mailjet, but it should stored and rendered via a Sandbox Overview Page in the Dashboard area.

  4. I would like the ability to attach a file to a campaign. My use case is for example to attach an event agenda or a generic contract that would be the same for all recipients of the campaign.

  5. In order to stop sending messages to a recipient who entered a workflow but completed the action driven by this workflow in the middle of it (for example a purchase), we need the ability unsubscribe recipients from workflows so that they don't keep receiving messages.

  8. Nous avons régulièrement des campagnes pour lesquels le taux de clics dépasse les 100%, généralement associées à un nombre d'import de clics à 00:00'00" ou sans information horaire.

    Il nous a été indiqué que cela correspondait à des campagnes de vérifications gmail et/ou à des outils anti-spam et/ou à des clics faits automatiquement par des robots.

    Nous pouvons l'entendre et nous savons que les autres routeurs d'emails rencontrent des problèmes similaires, mais les statistiques sont alors inexploitables au niveau du BO mailjet et cela fait de nombreux mois que nous l'avons signalé.

  14. It would be great if we could download a contact segmentation list.
    I have created a segment of contacts who haven't opened a campaign in 12 months and would like to download this list so that I can remove them from a contact list.
    Alternatively, if we update a contact list using a saved segment, that would work too.

  15. Workflows need to have ability to design in different parameters to trigger different follow-up emails. Example: Message 1 is sent, those who do not click get message 2, those that click get message 3, those who do not open get message 4. Those that do not click message 2 get message 5. that is a true workflow. Having only 1 trigger for an entire workflow does not work at all, even if the trigger fires for each subsequent email in the workflow.

  16. Please add automatic return-path stamping and self service for the same.

    Right now there is only one custom return path pr. sub account.

    We should simply be able to setup this return-path once for a domain, and have is useable by multiple sub accounts

    Just like with DKIM.

    You can use plus addressing to make sure bounces are stored in the right subaccount.

    Since many other vendors are doing this already, I expect to see the same form mailjet as it is essential for compliance and flexibility of the platform.

  17. Any clicks and open events are registered in statistics, even if they were performed by bots or security systems. Currently you don't offer an option to differentiate those clicks/opens. So basically, the campaign metrics are nearly worthless without this knowledge, as we truly do not know who really opened and clicked. We have been doing follow ups the clicks and getting people telling us that they never opened and clicked on the email. Very frustrating. I highly recommend you fix this or I will need to move to another provider who does.
