Ability to limit sending allowance by APIKEY
Ability to determine a limit of emails to be send per sub-accounts per calendar year or month or week. i.e An account has a 1M yearly volume but can assign a limit of 100k for sub-account A, 200k for sub-account B, etc...Basically breaking down the allowance per sub-account.

Return-path improvements
Please add automatic return-path stamping and self service for the same.
Right now there is only one custom return path pr. sub account.
We should simply be able to setup this return-path once for a domain, and have is useable by multiple sub accounts
Just like with DKIM.
You can use plus addressing to make sure bounces are stored in the right subaccount.
Since many other vendors are doing this already, I expect to see the same form mailjet as it is essential for compliance and flexibility of the platform.

It might be worth wile considering adding email dark mode accommodations so creators can add logos and tweak stylings to fit dark mode capable devices.

Remove contacts from automation workflow automatically if they are removed from the list
Currently, if a contact is active in a workflow and then removed from the list for that workflow, the contact remains in the workflow until they finish it. Contacts must unsubscribe themselves from workflows, even if they are removed from the list. It would be helpful if contacts who are removed from a list are automatically removed from any active workflows going to that list.

Dynamic Segments for Automation Emails
Enhance Automation Workflow: we need dynamic segments based on user behavior.
Here is an example: we want to send a mailing to a contact list. Those users that clicked on links in the mailing should receive another mailing 7 days later (than the initial mailing, not the click date). User that DID NOT click on any links should NOT receive any further mailings.

Protect the SMTP API with GEO or IP fensing
With this feature an API key will only allow requests from certain IP-addresses (ranges) of countries. This limits the risks when API keys are compromised.

Sandbox Mode with Sandbox Page
For testing puporses -especially with SMTP- it would be helpful to have a setting per subaccount where we can activate "Sandbox Mode".
As long as the sandbox mode is active all triggered email -regardless via API or SMTP- should not be delivered via Mailjet, but it should stored and rendered via a Sandbox Overview Page in the Dashboard area.9 votes -

Second Checkbox
Dear Mailjet-Team,
It would be great if in the future it were possible to add a second check box when creating the form design in the form builder. I would like to have one to say that the person agrees to subscribe to the newsletter and a second one where the person can accept all data protection regulations.
If you could consider adding that feature in the future, that would be really helpful.

Awful API documentation and examples
API documentation is atrocious. Example given for sending a basic email does not work, gives a 400 error message stating that "At least FromEmail or Sender must be provided" when following all steps provided. No further details about this error in the documentation. Price was a good draw, but API like this will have us going to another provider.

Add deferral event and more fields to webhook
The information provided by the webhook about delivery events is limited. Other delivery service providers provide more information in their webhook.
We use the webhook to monitor deliverability. It would be good if the following event type is added:
- deferral events (failed delivery attempts which will be retried)
and the following event fields are added:
- envelope sender
- from header
- sending IP
- delivery time (time from submission to delivery)

Add unblock functionality
It needs to be possible to unblock blocked addresses / contacts. We have business customers who regularly send emails to their newly hired employees before their email accounts are set up. This causes the contact to be blocked for life, and we need to start a chat with you every time we need to unlock the address again. Please, this must be a huge pain for many of your customers, and also causing you a ton of unncessecary support.

enable download of the stats of a campaign
The stats of the campaign can not be downloaded ( open rate, click rate, additional indicators available on the UI). Currently, it is time consuming to do internal reporting compilation.
Download report is available but the file only dispaly result per recipient.
