Second Checkbox
Dear Mailjet-Team,
It would be great if in the future it were possible to add a second check box when creating the form design in the form builder. I would like to have one to say that the person agrees to subscribe to the newsletter and a second one where the person can accept all data protection regulations.
If you could consider adding that feature in the future, that would be really helpful.

Awful API documentation and examples
API documentation is atrocious. Example given for sending a basic email does not work, gives a 400 error message stating that "At least FromEmail or Sender must be provided" when following all steps provided. No further details about this error in the documentation. Price was a good draw, but API like this will have us going to another provider.

Add deferral event and more fields to webhook
The information provided by the webhook about delivery events is limited. Other delivery service providers provide more information in their webhook.
We use the webhook to monitor deliverability. It would be good if the following event type is added:
- deferral events (failed delivery attempts which will be retried)
and the following event fields are added:
- envelope sender
- from header
- sending IP
- delivery time (time from submission to delivery)

Add a billing contact on profile form

enable download of the stats of a campaign
The stats of the campaign can not be downloaded ( open rate, click rate, additional indicators available on the UI). Currently, it is time consuming to do internal reporting compilation.
Download report is available but the file only dispaly result per recipient.

3 Missing Features on Mailjet
Three Requests:
1. Include Menu Bar on Template Page
2. Exclude Robot sign-in for Enrolled Clients.

Negative segments or Exception segments
It would be useful to have more flexibility with segmenting, or using segments in campaigns. For example, you can only choose the positive, not the negative, e.g. filter by "all who subscribed in the last month", but you can't choose neither in-segment, nor in-campaign, to "not" send to those people, or segment those who did "not" subscribe within the last month, therefore it's very difficult to send to the other group if you want to, without creating a brand new list. SO either a "not" drop down and adjustment to the descriptions when creating the segments, or a campaign option…

Remembered unsubscription status
Regarding the issue where a contact unsubscribes from one of our lists but will still recieve emails from us if said contact is on other lists.
Mailjet's answer to this is that if a contact wants to unsubscribe from several lists, which should be ca always? I need to remove the contact. But if I import my contact list again with this contact, there's no recollection of former unsubscription.

Bug 1: Form Builder Language Change ignored Bug 2: Form Builder Custom landing page setting ignored
Just some feedback as we're setting up subscription forms with the new form builder: I encounter some unexpected behaviour I would hope to be fixed someday:
- language-setting English → German does not persist. After Save everything back to English
- wouldn't be so bad if redirect to success page would work, instead, I get english message “Thanks for signing up“ (see screenshot)

Update auf Joomla 4
Laut ihrem Support unterstützt Mailjet die Joomla-Version 4 nicht.
Hier wird man offensichtlich recht alleingelassen, da es keinerlei Information auf ein Update oder sonstige Möglichkeiten gibtMfG

Contact List Improvements
Two requests:
1. Please make it easier to add a contact to a distribution list. The format you are utilizing is very IT driven and not everyday people user friendly.- Please add a a sort function to Contact Lists and make the display properties stay in place. It is annoying to have to add display properties every time you leave and return to the page.

Add unblock functionality
It needs to be possible to unblock blocked addresses / contacts. We have business customers who regularly send emails to their newly hired employees before their email accounts are set up. This causes the contact to be blocked for life, and we need to start a chat with you every time we need to unlock the address again. Please, this must be a huge pain for many of your customers, and also causing you a ton of unncessecary support.

Unsubscribe Button
Hi,
Kindly make the Unsubscribe button such that it adds the user to the Exclusion List. Currently, it is only unsubscribing the user from the contact list used in that particular campaign. Contact lists are refreshed every month. Due to the issue of the user not being unsubscribed for all future emails, the GDPR rules are not being followed. This is a very pressing issue as Mailjet claims to be GDPR compliant and this poses an issue for its clients as well. Kindly do look into this at your earliest.

Send Automation on Specific Day of the Week At Specific Time
I would like to be able to specify when my automation emails are sent. I.e. Send email 1 only on Tuesdays at 9am.

To improve workflows
For automations, it would greatly improve workflows if: we could determine which actions from the contact targeted makes them leave the workflow. For example: once the contact clicks on a link or even opens the mail, they leave the workflow.
Another idea, the workflow should have "If" actions. For example: if the contact opened the mail but hasn't clicked on any link, send mail n°2.

Subscript/Superscript Tool in Email Builder
Have the editor be able to subscript and superscript text. Right now ® marks only can be made the same size as the text and not be offset any in the email builder. Would like to see this changed in the future.
