  2. It would be useful to have more flexibility with segmenting, or using segments in campaigns. For example, you can only choose the positive, not the negative, e.g. filter by "all who subscribed in the last month", but you can't choose neither in-segment, nor in-campaign, to "not" send to those people, or segment those who did "not" subscribe within the last month, therefore it's very difficult to send to the other group if you want to, without creating a brand new list. SO either a "not" drop down and adjustment to the descriptions when creating the segments, or a campaign option…

  4. Regarding the issue where a contact unsubscribes from one of our lists but will still recieve emails from us if said contact is on other lists.

    Mailjet's answer to this is that if a contact wants to unsubscribe from several lists, which should be ca always? I need to remove the contact. But if I import my contact list again with this contact, there's no recollection of former unsubscription.

  5. The segmentation system allows for segmenting contacts based on emails that they have "opened" or "clicked", but not emails they have been "sent".

    This would be particularly useful for preventing a single user from getting too many emails in a short amount of time.

    It may also be useful to have this "sent" segment be able to include (or not include) transactional emails sent on the account.

  6. Just some feedback as we're setting up subscription forms with the new form builder: I encounter some unexpected behaviour I would hope to be fixed someday:

    1. language-setting English → German does not persist. After Save everything back to English
    2. wouldn't be so bad if redirect to success page would work, instead, I get english message “Thanks for signing up“ (see screenshot)

  7. Laut ihrem Support unterstützt Mailjet die Joomla-Version 4 nicht.
    Hier wird man offensichtlich recht alleingelassen, da es keinerlei Information auf ein Update oder sonstige Möglichkeiten gibt

  8. Two requests:
    1. Please make it easier to add a contact to a distribution list. The format you are utilizing is very IT driven and not everyday people user friendly.

    1. Please add a a sort function to Contact Lists and make the display properties stay in place. It is annoying to have to add display properties every time you leave and return to the page.

  9. Hi,
    Kindly make the Unsubscribe button such that it adds the user to the Exclusion List. Currently, it is only unsubscribing the user from the contact list used in that particular campaign. Contact lists are refreshed every month. Due to the issue of the user not being unsubscribed for all future emails, the GDPR rules are not being followed. This is a very pressing issue as Mailjet claims to be GDPR compliant and this poses an issue for its clients as well. Kindly do look into this at your earliest.

  11. For automations, it would greatly improve workflows if: we could determine which actions from the contact targeted makes them leave the workflow. For example: once the contact clicks on a link or even opens the mail, they leave the workflow.

    Another idea, the workflow should have "If" actions. For example: if the contact opened the mail but hasn't clicked on any link, send mail n°2.

  12. Have the editor be able to subscript and superscript text. Right now ® marks only can be made the same size as the text and not be offset any in the email builder. Would like to see this changed in the future.

  14. Hello, the RSS import functionality is very limited. I would like to be able to customize the import style to have automatically a custom button (color, rounding, text). To be able to automate the sending of email with an RSS feed that feeds itself at the time of sending. Moreover, why is the image of my feed not displayed, even though it is present on the feed (https://iris-creativite.com/blogiris/feed)?

  18. Serait-il possible de conditionner la modification d'une clé secrète d'API à l'entrée préalable du mot de passe du compte de Mailjet ? Un hacheur ce week-end a tenté de se servir de la clé d'API d'un sous-compte en changeant sa clé d'API, après qu'on avait fait des modifications du compte principal comme suite à son piratage. S'il avait fallu entrer le nouveau mot de passe du compte Mailjet, j'imagine que le pirate n'aurait pas pu récidiver.

  19. My application running in google app engine was unable to send emails for more than a day. All api invocations resulted in the connection being immediately closed from the mailjet side. The resulting ticket suggested it could be that the sending IP address was blocked owing to DOS prevention. But google cloud egress uses a shared pool of IP addresses so I have no influence over the ip address. Mailjet should accept the reality of the cloud situation and never block pooled ip addresses of reputable cloud providers. Mailjet is supposed to be a recommended service provider to google cloud…

  20. Enable Automation for User Provisioning

    It will be much easier for admins to manage users in corporate accounts if Mailjet will have a feature of system cross identity management (SCIM) or user functions through API.

    The addition or creating new users has a lot of manual process.
