  3. Dynamic Content is available for Marketing Templates but isn't available for Automation Templates. You have to create different Workflows for each segment that you want to target. With the limit of 30 Workflows per Sub-Account, adding the ability to utilize Dynamic Content based on Segments would ease the need for so many Workflows.

  6. Add custom SMTP Relay with TLS & Authentication for specific recipients.

    Need: Keep the same connection between our app and Mailjet, but be able to set custom delivery options for a set of recipients (based on domain names). Needed by some corporate clients of ours which have private SMTP relays to whitelist automated emails.

  11. Right now, the timezone is set at the account level, which means everyone with access sees times based on the primary account’s setting. For teams working across different timezones, this makes it harder to schedule emails, manage automations, or review logs accurately.

    We’d like the ability for each user to set their own timezone preference, so that timestamps across the app reflect our local time, even when accessing shared or subaccounts. This would make collaboration easier and reduce confusion around scheduling.

  12. I'd like to be able to view all the mailings rejected by MailJet because the sender has not been validated.
    Today, we receive an email but it's not possible to have an interface that centralizes all the information (sender, recipient, subject). You have to go through a support ticket.

  13. We would like to have an additional feature in the Mailjet statistics module to see the attachments (# of attachments and the name) for emails that have been sent via the REST API.

    We know we can get this info via API, but having it in the interface for our support team is a great value.

  15. When a segment is made in the new workflow builder and set to be used just in that workflow there is no way to view what the settings are for that segment filter. It would be helpful to be able to see and edit that. It would also be helpful to be able to view the filters for a segment from the workflow editor without having to go to the segment page to view the filters for existing segments.

  17. Es sollte möglich sein, aus Outlook oder einem anderen lokalen Mailclient (oder auch von mobilen Geräten aus) ein einzelnes Mail zu versenden, das eine bzw. wahlweise in Mailjet selbst erstellte Vorlagen verwendet bzw. abrufen kann.

    Die idee dahinter ist es, auf diese Weise zentral CI-konforme Mailsignaturen für IMAP-Konti erstellen und verwalten zu können.

    Da Mailjet als Relay-Server genutzt werden kann, fliesst eh jedes Mail über diesen Kanal und so bietet sich diese Möglichkeit förmlich auch für IMAP-Mail-Server an. Die Lösung entspräche einem Konkurrenzprodukt zum Mailsignaturen-Service von z.B. "CodeTwo" für Office365 oder Exchange, einfach für IMAP-Konti. Diesen Service habe ich noch…

  20. Have a work around way of providing support when the ticketing system is not working like now.
    Have a better way of handling pre-blocked e-mail accounts than writing a ticket (specially since the system sometimes fails like now).
    A simple way, would be a manual override of blocked e-mails, that might be trigger over the web interface. This should not happen that offen, anyways.
