  1. It would be great to include a "website" button in the social media buttons. I would like to direct people to our socials, but also to our actual website! I tried to upload my own icon, but the quality looked horrible in the allotted space constriction. Also allowing the icons to be larger than 32x32 pixels would be great visually and for accessibility!

  4. It is a nightmare to be forced to reset api secret key every time we want to view it. It prompts us to stock the key on a excel sheet to be able to add it on new services ( since we cannot have multiple keys on a sub account for the moment). Why dont you allow to see the secret key after a double authentification for instance ? This would be totally safe and we wouldn't have ti reset it every time and change all ours services.

  6. have the option for send any campaign = "send by open time of my users". If this splits the sending by the same rate % like the statitics of open time of all my users of the last 6 month, last 12 month, last 60 days.. and so on would be rather userfull

  7. The billing currency is decided upon account creation, after it's set it is unable to be altered. It might be a good idea to let the Mailjet customers have the option of at least two currencies, US$ and Euros, so that they can opt for one or another even after the account is set up, without having to delete an account and re-create one.   8. A subscriber's 'Last activity' timestamp is updated when the user:

    • opened a campaign or autoresponder
    • clicked a link in a campaign or autoresponder
    • subscribed to a list
    • unsubscribed from a list
    • bounced
    • marked as spam
    • confirmed a double opt-in subscription
    Subscribers are sorted by 'Last activity' in the list. Therefore, subscribers who did any of the above activity will float to the top of the subscriber list. You will also see changes in the 'Subscribers activity chart'.

  9. Our new process of building campaigns needs more granular control of the permission levels.

    We are using 5 templates per sub-account that are built by our design team and published, and then our marketing coordinators create campaigns from these. Because we work with 22 international automotive brands we then need to check the content, we also try to peer review before campaigns are sent.

  13. Il semble impossible de supprimer des campagnes archivées mais envoyées, je trouve ça étonnant et dommage, nous sommes bien placés pour savoir quelles campagnes nous souhaitons conserver ou non. Merci d'étudier la possibilité de supprimer toutes les campagnes que l'on souhaite.

    It seems impossible to delete archived but sent campaigns, I find this surprising and a pity, we are well placed to know which campaigns we want to keep or not. Please study the possibility of deleting all the campaigns that we want.

  14. Remove the "Need some help" widget from every screen. It's redundant. Every time I open a new page it opens again - it should either be in the top toolbar or somewhere outside of the general production area.

  16. Faltaría más personalización para los formularios que se pueden implementar en webs con el iframe. Que sea posible usar css sobre los inputs generados automáticamente o al menos poder usar css sobre ellos.

  18. Wir benötigen die Möglichkeit, Kontaktlisten anzulegen, in denen auch E-Mail-Duplikate erlaubt sind, wenn diese sich in anderen Variablen (Namen) unterscheiden. Oft registrieren sich mehrere Personen über dieselbe E-Mail-Adresse (Ehepaare z.B.), fallen dann aber aus den Kontaktlisten, weil sie dieselbe Mailadresse nutzen. Wir bitten um schnellstmöliche Einrichtung dieser Funktion.

  19. We send different types of emails (i.e. Motoring, Home, Garden etc). To help with engagement we would like to be able to create a segment by the Clicks/Opens of a previous type of email within the last x days. Currently you can do this at a campaign level but if you could tag emails and then use the tags to create the segments this would improve the process greatly.

  20. Der neue Formeditor gibt die Formulare in der Vorschau nicht responsive aus, wenn 3- oder 4 Spalten mit je einem Feld verwendet werden, die im Desktip nebeneinander und auf Mobil untereinander angezeigten werden sollen. Auch nicht, wenn die entsprechenden Einstellungen gemacht werden.
    Container mit Klasse .pas-section enthält das display:flex, welches wohl für die Spalten .pas-group vorgesehen ist. Dazwischen ist aber ein pas-group, welches kein display:flex hat.
    Hinzufügen dieses verbesser die Desktop-Ansicht. Für die Handyansicht reicht das nicht.
