Compte trop souvent bloqué lors de démarrage de campagne
C'est très compliqué d'avoir une campagne avec un haut débit d'envoi d'emails avec Maillet car notre compte est souvent bloqué et le support tarde à répondre pour nous permettre de débloquer la situation.

Post Verification features
Verification additional feature.
Once the verification is done, how about optional features to choose to delete email categories like, disposable and undeliverable?
At this time this only solutions are:
1. dowload the csv, clean it and upload it again in a new contact list.
this is not a good solution because all the backend using the API needs to be edited with new contact list ids.- keep the same lists and delete the unwanted emails one by one using the API with a loop function fed with the list of unwanted emails.

ResetWir würden es gut finden, wenn es in Zukunft die Möglichkeit geben würde, bei einem A/X Test unterschiedliche Versandzeiten einstellen zu können. Dies würde sich einfacher gestalten, als ein Kampagnenvergleich.

I would like Mailjet to be able to talk to our CRM software, Pipeline. Our contact list is dynamic and changes on a daily basis. If I could somehow mass flag people in pipeline based on their status in Mailjet (high risk, low risk, hard bounce, soft bounce, etc) that would be extremely helpful so that I can exclude these contacts when uploading a new list.

Garder une session active lorsque on utilise le bouton de connexion remember me
Cela fait 3 mois que j'utilises Mailjet sur Chrome et mes collègues et moi sommes déconnectés de Mailjet à chaque fois que ne l'utilisons pas pendant plus d'une à quelques heures.
C'est a dire que meme si je garde Mailjet dans un onglet le matin, si j'y reviens l'apres midi je serais déconnecté.
Pourtant lorsque je me connecte, je bouton "remember me" est coché.
Ce bouton a le mérite d'exister, il faut le faire vivre :)I've been using Mailjet on Chrome for 3 months and my colleagues and I are disconnected from Mailjet every time we don't use it…

Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

Segmentation "ouvreur" à améliorer
Nous avons pu constater que certains utilisateurs n'étaient pas comptabilisé dans les ouvreurs d'une campagne, mais pouvaient quand même être remontés parmi les cliqueurs effectifs. Le flag "ouvreur" n'est pas forcément levé, mais pour autant on devrait pouvoir considérer qu'un "cliqueur" a forcément ouvert l'email.
Nous souhaitons disposer des filtres cumulant les deux informations "ouvert" et "cliqué". Par exemple :
- "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email depuis"
- "A ouvert une campagne ou a cliqué dans une campagne depuis"
- "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email de la campagne"We were…

See date and time when someone unsubscribed
Make it possible to see the exact date and time when someone unsubscribed from a contact list.
In our case, we would need that for sorting the list of all unsubscribed contacts to transfer those to our ERP.2 votes
