  1. Wir haben sehr viele Templates für unsere Transaktionsmails innerhalb von Mailjet. Um diese Templates im großen Stil bearbeiten zu können, ist ein Download nötig, da wir dies extern vergeben. Aktuell ist es nötig, dass man die Templates einzeln herunterlädt. Hier wäre ein Bulk-Export als .zip von sehr großem Nutzen.

  2. Implement customization in sending address validation emails, so that when Mailjet is utilized in a user's own sending platform, the user is able to use their own branding and domain for the validation emails, instead of Mailjet's branding and domain.

  4. Hi, we would appreciate an option for transactional emails to switch language directly in the email. Example - we send a transactional email in english to the client, but the client does not speaks english (ie. human error when updating database). Some buttons/links to the template, so the client can switch between languages himself would be fine.

  5. Hello, we use the subscription widget to build our contact lists and some formularies have a language choice. Unfortunately, once subscribed, users cannot change their language choice because the address is already registered. Can you provide for this possibility?

  7. Nous avons pu constater que certains utilisateurs n'étaient pas comptabilisé dans les ouvreurs d'une campagne, mais pouvaient quand même être remontés parmi les cliqueurs effectifs. Le flag "ouvreur" n'est pas forcément levé, mais pour autant on devrait pouvoir considérer qu'un "cliqueur" a forcément ouvert l'email.

    Nous souhaitons disposer des filtres cumulant les deux informations "ouvert" et "cliqué". Par exemple :
    - "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email depuis"
    - "A ouvert une campagne ou a cliqué dans une campagne depuis"
    - "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email de la campagne"

  8. Make it possible to see the exact date and time when someone unsubscribed from a contact list.
    In our case, we would need that for sorting the list of all unsubscribed contacts to transfer those to our ERP.

  10. Top level Account/Sub-Account page showing high level statistics for each sub account. Have the same data range selector capability to show today, 7 days, etc. but show the graphs and totals for each on the same page along with an aggregate section of the entire account. This is more inline with an executive dashboard, having to go through menus to see each sub-account individually and manually calculate aggregate numbers is time consuming and ridiculous.

  11. Les conditions et filtres de l'option de segmentation des listes de contacts sont très incomplètes. Il faudrait rajouter des fonctions pour segmenter les listes selon d'autres listes ou selon d'autres campagnes. On peut "ne pas envoyer la campagne B aux gens ayant ouvert la campagne A" mais par contre impossible de "ne pas envoyer la campagne B aux gens ayant recu la campagne A" ce qui est ridicule. L'absence de cette option est si aberrante que j'en viens à me demander si ce n'est pas fait exprès de la part de mailjet pour nous forcer à atteindre plus rapidement notre…

  12. Nous venons de payer 1000 euros pour ouvrir un compte (déjà client pour 10 comptes), mailjet suspend notre compte, alors qu'il est réglé pour 1 an jusqu'en 2023 ! Mailjet bloque nos emails pourtant valides (SKF etc.), et maintenant notre compte. Cela devient très lourd.

  13. Hi mailjet team.

    we are using Zapier to transfer new newsletter subscribers to a CRM (monday).

    Unfortunately the API between mailjet an Zapier only can transfer the email-address, but not other fields / properties.
    As you can understand it would make very sense also to transfer fields like name, gender and so on. Especially to a CRM.

    I would love to hear that this is something that is in development and soon to be ready. We really would like to avoid to move from mailjet to another system.

  17. Il faut absolument rajouter la personnalisation d'une fallback font pour pouvoir utiliser une font qui se rapproche de notre webfont. Là, automatiquement ça se met en Times New Roman.
