1. Segmentation "ouvreur" à améliorer

   Nous avons pu constater que certains utilisateurs n'étaient pas comptabilisé dans les ouvreurs d'une campagne, mais pouvaient quand même être remontés parmi les cliqueurs effectifs. Le flag "ouvreur" n'est pas forcément levé, mais pour autant on devrait pouvoir considérer qu'un "cliqueur" a forcément ouvert l'email.

   Nous souhaitons disposer des filtres cumulant les deux informations "ouvert" et "cliqué". Par exemple :
   - "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email depuis"
   - "A ouvert une campagne ou a cliqué dans une campagne depuis"
   - "A ouvert un email ou a cliqué dans un email de la campagne"

   We were able to observe that some users were not counted among the openers of a campaign, but could still be counted among the effective clickers. The "opener" flag is not necessarily raised, but we should still be able to consider that a "clicker" has necessarily opened the email.

   We want to have filters combining the two pieces of information "opened" and "clicked". For example :

   "Opened an email or clicked on an email since"
   "Opened a campaign or clicked in a campaign since"
   "Opened an email or clicked on a campaign email"

2. See date and time when someone unsubscribed

   Make it possible to see the exact date and time when someone unsubscribed from a contact list.
   In our case, we would need that for sorting the list of all unsubscribed contacts to transfer those to our ERP.

   Nous avons 190 utilisateurs dans la liste de nos accès partagés, c'est beaucoup. Extraire l'ensemble des utilisateurs (pour faire une revue d'accès) n'est pas prévu.

   Les conditions et filtres de l'option de segmentation des listes de contacts sont très incomplètes. Il faudrait rajouter des fonctions pour segmenter les listes selon d'autres listes ou selon d'autres campagnes. On peut "ne pas envoyer la campagne B aux gens ayant ouvert la campagne A" mais par contre impossible de "ne pas envoyer la campagne B aux gens ayant recu la campagne A" ce qui est ridicule. L'absence de cette option est si aberrante que j'en viens à me demander si ce n'est pas fait exprès de la part de mailjet pour nous forcer à atteindre plus rapidement notre limite d'envoi de mails. Rajoutez des filtres et conditions aux segmentations. Merci.

6. Compte bloqué pour non paiement, alors qu'il est tout nouveau valide jusqu'en 2023

   Nous venons de payer 1000 euros pour ouvrir un compte (déjà client pour 10 comptes), mailjet suspend notre compte, alors qu'il est réglé pour 1 an jusqu'en 2023 ! Mailjet bloque nos emails pourtant valides (SKF etc.), et maintenant notre compte. Cela devient très lourd.

7. Make Mailjet useful for Zapier

   Hi mailjet team.

   we are using Zapier to transfer new newsletter subscribers to a CRM (monday).

   Unfortunately the API between mailjet an Zapier only can transfer the email-address, but not other fields / properties.
   As you can understand it would make very sense also to transfer fields like name, gender and so on. Especially to a CRM.

   I would love to hear that this is something that is in development and soon to be ready. We really would like to avoid to move from mailjet to another system.

   Afin de faciliter une bonne intégration graphique du formulaire d'insciption, il serait préférable d'avoir la possibilité d'intégrer celui-ci dans une page en utilisant une simple balise <form>, bien plus simple et souple à utiliser qu'une iframe dont la mise en forme est très limitée.

10. Notification on client when have any limitation issue

    The mailjet system limit the send on all our subaccounts at the same time recently.
    It seems a bug on mailjet systems, because the support team says there was no reason about the limitation.

    Aside the bug, it will be very very helpful if mailjet could sent a email notification to the client if there is any problem on any subaccount or api_key.

    Il faut absolument rajouter la personnalisation d'une fallback font pour pouvoir utiliser une font qui se rapproche de notre webfont. Là, automatiquement ça se met en Times New Roman.

    Concernant la segmentation, il serait bien qu'elle soit un peu plus développée :
    - possibilité d'exporter les segments
    - augmenter les possibilités de configuration des filtres : par exemple : pouvoir dire "est abonné depuis plus de X temps" ou "ne s'est pas abonné dans les derniers X temps".
    Ou encore mieux, pouvoir intervertir un filtre (s'est abonné dans les 3 derniers mois, lorsqu'il est interverti devient "ne s'est pas abonné dans les 3 derniers mois)

    Regarding segmentation, it would be nice if it were a little more developed:

    ability to export segments
    increase the possibilities of configuring filters: for example: being able to say "has been subscribed for more than X times" or "has not subscribed in the last X times".
    Or even better, being able to swap a filter (subscribed in the last 3 months, when swapped becomes "didn't subscribe in the last 3 months)

20. Control clicked link colour in email

    It would be good to be able to control the colour of text if this is a link.

    Currently, for any text that is clicked through to the link (on Outlook mainly) - it changes the colour of the text to a purple colour. This makes the text not visible on dark buttons and doesn't look great with certain colours.
