1. Feedback after clicking validation email

   As a user I want to see feedback after clicking a validation email link so that I know if my sender address was validated or that I need to undertake an action.

   In my case:

   I added a sender to a SUB API KEY. I got the validation mail and then clicked it. It took me to the "account -> senders & domains" page (OF MY MASTER ACCOUNT) but didn't give me any feedback.

   My assumption is that the activation succeeded. Then when I try to send an e-mail using the new sender, I've got another mail from Mailjet saying that the sender was not validated, which I can confirm by looking up the sender by the email API.

   The clue was that I needed to switch accounts at the "Profile icon" before clicking the activation mail so I was in the right context.

   From a development point of view and right management this is a very valid step to take, but from a user point of view I cannot get a grip of what needs to be done to validate my sender address.

   This results in me bothering the Mailjet support team instead of being able to reflect my action of clicking the activation link in the wrong context.

   Some ideas of roads to take:

   • Redirect the user to the appropriate sub account if he has right and activate the sender address.

   • Give the user feedback on whether the validation was successful

   • Give the user feedback if he needs to change account context

2. Suppression automatique des listes de contact après la durée légale de conservation des données

   Je suis intéressée par l'idée de pouvoir créer un paramètre au moment de la création d'une liste de contact qui donne la durée de conservation voulue de cette liste (pour se mettre au niveau du RGPD) par ex : 6 mois, 12 mois etc...

   Et créer une routine qui permettrait de scanner chaque jour toutes les listes, et si la durée de conservation est atteinte, supprimer toute la liste de contact et envoyer un mail au compte pour donner l'information de cette suppression.

   Cette idée permettrait de gérer plus facilement la politique RGPD et d'être automatiquement en règle avec celle-ci

   I'm interested in the idea of being able to create a parameter at the time of creating a contact list that gives the desired retention period for this list (to get up to speed with the GDPR) e.g. 6 months, 12 months etc....

5. Disable ip blocking for public cloud providers

   My application running in google app engine was unable to send emails for more than a day. All api invocations resulted in the connection being immediately closed from the mailjet side. The resulting ticket suggested it could be that the sending IP address was blocked owing to DOS prevention. But google cloud egress uses a shared pool of IP addresses so I have no influence over the ip address. Mailjet should accept the reality of the cloud situation and never block pooled ip addresses of reputable cloud providers. Mailjet is supposed to be a recommended service provider to google cloud customers.

   The request is to make an integration with Gravity forms by making an add-on like mailgun: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/mailgun/ Integrating mailjet by using zapier is not convenient and isn't stable. So hopefully there will come an add-on.

13. sharing account admin rights

    Today when you share your account with coloaborator, you need to select the sub API key to share. You dont have option to share all accounts. The button to share all only share current existing API keys. Not the one created after.

15. Wordpress plugin delete users as well as add

    Mailjet plugin for WordPress. When a user is deleted from WordPress can the plugin also delete them from the Mailjet contact list. Currently the syncing of existing and new WordPress users makes the semi useless. You already provide an API call to delete people from a Mailjet contact list, why can you not add a hook into WordPress so when a user is deleted it calls the API to delete the Mailjet contact.     Sur l'éditeur de formulaires, la possibilité d'inscription directe à une liste est proposée, mais n'est pas fonctionnelle. Il faut activer cette fonctionnalité ou bien la retirer, ça évite au client, comme moi, de perdre du temps à créer un ticket pour demander ce qui ne va pas.

    have the option for send any campaign = "send by open time of my users". If this splits the sending by the same rate % like the statitics of open time of all my users of the last 6 month, last 12 month, last 60 days.. and so on would be rather userfull

20. open-time statistics for some period

    statistics about open time average for a selected time/date period would be very usefull. Example: to know that in a average for the last 6 month that 52% of my useres open the newsletters between 7:00 and 10:00 and a other 38 % between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm would be realy userfull
