  1. I want to send myself an reminder e-mail 14 days before a clients birthday is. This would be a very handy feature in many cases.

    So i don't want the client to get an e-mail, just myself.

  2. I created a subscription form at mailjet and embedded it on my website where I will collect basic subscription info: email, firstname, lastname. After submitting the form, a very large check mark appears, indicating that the user is finished. But below, a rather invisible message is displayed about checking the user's inbox for the confirmation email. I found the obfuscated place where the text of the message could be changed, but could not prevent the big checkmark from being displayed.   3. When embedding a subscription form, the Mailjet code says to embed a script called pas-nc-embedded-v1.js. This actually takes nearly 2-3 seconds to load on the page -- just look at the Network tab in the JS console while the page loads (see attached screenshot). This script is problematic. I recommend the following updates:

    • minify/compress the JS file
    • tell users to put the script at the bottom of the page, not near the top (where the subscription form is likely embedded)
    • host the JS file on a CDN or tell users to serve the file themselves

  5. It is currently not possible to access account and billing information via API. This would be useful in cases where we (users) do not typically utilize Mailjet through the web interface, but via API.

  6. Je souhaite que avec lequel je partage mon compte n'aient accès qu'a certains modèles d'e-mail partagés et pas à l'intégralité. Pareil pour les listes de contact.
    Pour plus de clareté disons que j'ai des modèles d'e-mail nommé A, B et C
    Je souhaite que le compte avec lequel je partage l'abonnement n'ai accès qu'au modèle A et ne voit pas B et C. Hors pour le moment il vois et à accès au 3. Cette feature serait très utile et plus simple pour gerer plusieurs sous compte avec des accès différents

  13. We send different types of emails (i.e. Motoring, Home, Garden etc). To help with engagement we would like to be able to create a segment by the Clicks/Opens of a previous type of email within the last x days. Currently you can do this at a campaign level but if you could tag emails and then use the tags to create the segments this would improve the process greatly.

  16. Bonjour, j'ai eu un bug avec un fichier qui contenait un caractère spécial, c'était un retour chariot au format unicode ou hexadécimal (code : 0x03). Le bug est bloquant car il n'y a pas de message qui indique une erreur et par la suite la campagne est inutilisable car l'interface de modification d'email de charge plus. (cela fait buguer le bouton "Retour à la campagne")

  20. I am currently using the Contact Management API to allow subscriptions via our Website, and also sending a 2-step Opt-In 'confirmation' email as one of the processes.

    I can't use the same API Client object for Send and Contact Management operations currently as API v3.1 only works with Send API endpoints (any Contact Management endpoints just result in a 404) and Contact Management still uses V3, Send API operations are significantly different from the documentation in v3, to the extent where the v3.1 Examples don't work with the v3 endpoints.
