Ich fände ein Segmentfunktion klasse, die Anmelder eines bestimmten Zeitraums ausschließt.
Wir veranstalten Events und werben dort Newsletter Abonnenten.
Wenn wir zwei Tage nach einem Event den NL versenden, bekommen diese Leute direkt eine Mail, obwohl das Bedürfniss gerade gestillt ist und so gewinnen wir eher Abmelder.Könnte ich ein Segment erstellen, in dem ich die Anmelder der letzten 30 Tage/im gewünschten Zeitraum ausschließen kann, lässt sich so ein Problem direkt beheben.

New automated workflow builder usage of templates needs improvement
The new builder let you add existing templates, but then REQUIRES that the existing template is saved with another name. So 2 identical templates are present with different names. That is polluting the existing templates and adding unnecessary extra templates. It makes template management more difficult.

Make default account more intuitive
I have 2 accounts, and my primary one is the one I don't use, but is always opening by default. It always takes me a while to realize and switch.. Would love this to be set to default based on my last usage, or even ask for confirmation/ choose the account I want to use when I login

Ticket when activation email sending fails
Idea: Being able to create ticket when account activation does not work.
Right after creating my account: error 502 on login. Now, it works ... but I never receive the activation email (a serious problem for a mail sending service). No way to create a ticket without having an activated account. I also tried to validate my domain. Despite adding the requested file, your validation form think the file is missing (but Chrome find the empty file at the URL).1 vote -
Would be great to be able to schedule mailouts more than just 60 days ahead, for example 1-2 years. This would take no time to implement :-)

Improve black-list reporting and delisting
Start listing failed sends due to spam black-lists as hard-bounces.

Inherit template style in template language blocks
Currently, when you add a "Template Language" block in the email editor, the block does not inherit the model styles. Hence, you have to create your own style by adding the right HTML tags, which is not convenient, especially if you want to be as compatible as possible (which Mailjet knows well).
Plus, if you change some characteristics of your main model like the font, default text color or whatever, you also have to change the HTML tags in your "Template Language" block.
It would be nice if that blocks inherited the main style of the model.

Better error messages in Workflows when publishing
Right now when you try to publish a workflow and there is an error the message tells you to fix the error but gives no information as to where the error is. The message would be more helpful if the error message told you which block the error was in.

Better auditing logs
A mistake was made by someone at Mailjet to disable tracking in January. We're unable to prove who is at fault because audit logs only go back 30 days.
We would expect audit logs to go back significantly longer than this, to allow us to collectively identify why problems occur and rectify them.
This would bolster the security of the Maijlet platform.

Add the ability to disable the unsuscribe header.
We'd like to be able to remove the unsuscribe header when e-mails pass through the mailjet SMTP server.
Mails are automatically qualified by some anti-spam software as newsletters because of this header.

A/B Test Automation for mailing list in AUTO PILOT
Currently, Mailjet requires manual confirmation to send the winning variation in A/B tests. This small extra step is easy to miss, and when it is, the entire campaign can fail to complete — which has happened to me more than once.
I'd strongly recommend enabling a true Auto Pilot mode where users can:
Choose the winning metric (open rate, click rate, or replies) Automatically send the winning variant after the test period Complete the campaign without manual interventionThis feature exists on several competing platforms and would make Mailjet more efficient, especially for teams running multiple campaigns or working solo.

Parrainage / referrer
Ce serait bien de mettre en place un système de parrainage : cela existait me semble-t-il avant Sinch. L'idée est simple : le parrain fourni un code et quand ce code est utilisé, il bénéficie d'une réduction sur son abonnement. Le parrainé peut aussi bénéficier d'une petite remise :)

Please make the button that connects a Form in a Landing Page editable
I'm adding a new form to a landing page (my work around for not having the form embedded on my website). Putting the form in the landing page creates a very small button that is not editable, and can't be replaced with a regular button and a link. It's such a bummer.

Segments stay fixed until campaign distribution
At the moment, segments update daily even for the scheduled campaigns. If you schedule a campaign to be sent out at a later date, the segment will look different than the one at the moment of campaign creation. For example, you schedule a campaign to be sent out in a few days and make a segment of the latest subscribers (added in the last day). The system calculates that there are a certain number of contacts that the campaign will be distributed to. However, at the moment when the campaign is being actually sent out, there will be no email…

Campaign language Hungarian
We are using Mailjet in Hungary, so we need the unsubscribe page to be available in Hungarian. To avoid GDPR and other legal issues, it is crucial for us to have this page displayed in Hungarian as well. Thank you for your quick assistance!

Don't include x-report-abuse-to in DKIM signature
Can you please consider changing the config to NOT include the x-report-abuse-to header in the DKIM signature of e-mails that are sent through Mailjet?
E-mails that I receive from DHL and Vattenfall, arrive with a DKIM error because Mailjet signs on the x-report-abuse-to header, while this header is (justly) being replaced by a forwarding mailserver (I have a catch-all/forward on my domain).
Could you possibly change this, or encourage your customers (DHL and Vattenfall in particular) to change their config?
