Add delay on the first email in a workflow
Allow the addition of a delay when triggering an email on a contact property change.
eg, if my user becomes "goldStatus = 1", I don't want to send an email right away but I prefer to wait 1 or 2 days.2 votes -

I want to upload a CSV file that is bigger then 20 MB. As Mailjet is limiting the upload to 20 mb i have to split the csv file into several files and repeate the upload process several times

Unhash the contact ID in the Contact page URL
Can you make a url that we could generate given the user's ID so we can have a better integration with our system and mailjet?
I'd like to have a place within our app where I can show a link that clicks directly into mailjet so our customer success team can take a look at what emails have been sent to a given user of ours.
I'd essentially like to post links in my app to https://app.mailjet.com/contacts/overview/3eM8T but the "3eM8T" isn't something I can access, so I just want a url redirect that can use ContactId to identify the mailjet…

Analytics reports in PDF format
I propose to put the reports in PDF format with tables and diagrams as presented on your site. This would be much more useful and convenient and is what other emailing services (your competitors) offer.
It is not easy to analyze a csv file and keep it in the archives.

Default section background color
It would be nice to have a default color for section backgrounds.

See growth and changes to a contact list
Daily or weekly email on changes to a contact list. Mailchimp has this and it's a nice feature. I can't see how to monitor the growth of my list over time.

Filter register-date for one specific day
When creating a segment is not possible to filter register-date for specific day example: 7 days ago.
Using the condition on the last 7 days it includes from the day 1 until 7, not allowing to specificied one day.2 votes -
Don't strip hyperlinks when copy-pasting
I copy and paste content into my newsletter emails, and that content often includes hyperlinks. But your mail editor strips out the links, forcing me to re-create each one! It's a painstaking process, especially since my emails contain a list of blog posts (20-30 posts) and each needs to be linked.
I just want my copy and paste to carry hyperlinks over.

Alert threshold for Soft Bounces
When going close or above a certain threshold rate for Hardbounces, Spam Complaints, Unsubs etc. , a client will receive an automatic email.
Would it be possible to generate the same or a similar alert for Softbounces as a Softbounce can be a sign of poor deliverability.

See open rates by ISP over the total of emails sent, not opened
Right now, the percentage of open rates by ISP is calculated over the total opens. I would like to see the percentage calculated over the total number of emails sent instead.

Subscriber Origin Breakdown
Hola Mailjet team,
We currently use Mailjet to manage and send our email campaigns. Our subscribers can join our contact list through two main sources:
A) API -› When making a reservation on our website (Covermanager), by checking the commercial communications consent box.
B) By filling out a direct subscription form (popup) on our website.
At the moment, Mailjet does not provide a way to distinguish the origin of a subscriber. Having an origin breakdown would be extremely valuable to us, as it would allow us to better understand which channels are most effective for acquiring subscribers.
