4. DKIM canonicalization

   Canonicalization is a process by which the headers and body of an email are converted to a canonical standard form before being signed. This can be thought of as converting data that can be represented in a number of ways into a standard canonical form.

   Some mail systems modify emails in transit that can potentially invalidate DKIM. Some mail signers may require that minor mail modification is fine and others may be more strict and require stricter canonicalization be used.

   Two canonicalization algorithms have been created to satisfy mild modification to a message and almost no modification to a message before signing. The two canonicalization algorithms are relaxed and simple respectively.

   From DKIM’s perspective the headers and body of an email are separate and canonicalization algorithms are specified for both.

   They are represented in the format of: "canonicalization/canonicalization" for header and body respectively. If no canonicalization is specified then 'simple' is used for both headers and body, so it would look like this: simple/simple.

   The simple/simple canonicalization is the stricter of the two and allows for almost no modification to the message header and body before signing. This can however affect the DKIM signature being invalidated by some forwarders as the email passes through. Many of the issues with DKIM being invalidated during forwarding can be solved if the canonicalization is changed to relaxed/relaxed to allow for mild modifications to the emails.

7. Wordpress Posts Accessible in Campaign

   Hi, it'd be great if in the wordpress plugin, one could drag and drop blog posts to insert into the newsletter (without having to copy and paste parts of text and re-upload pictures already in the posts).

9. More information on notification emails

   Many notifications emails come without some important information which make the investigating process a lot more painful and time consuming.

   Example here attached is a failed A/B Test, which was wrongfully set on Manual.
   On the email there is no notification as to which sub account or campaign the error is referring to.

   This would a useful addition.

12. WooCommerce: Distinguishing the order status

    Currently, the automation emails with a wordpress with woocommerce does not allow to distinguish the type of order placed ("processing" for orders that have been paid by credit card for example and "on hold" for orders that must be paid by check).

    The two status-dependent order confirmation emails should not have the same content: an email for an order in "processing" indicates that the payment is ok and that the order is being prepared. while an email for an order in "on hold" indicating that the order is awaiting payment and will be prepared only when payment is received.
    These new features could allow to send even more adapted content to its recipients.

18. remember pagination setup

    We can change the number of elements displayed on each list pagination. But if we edit an element and go back, we're back on the 1st page with 10 elements.
    Really annoying and time consuming when you have big lists (ie: many domains or individual addresses to manage).
    Or make the default more than 10
