Subscription for 6 months
Dear Mailjet,
I realized that I am unable to pay for more than one month subscription other than 1 year. Is it not possible for me to subscribe for 6 months ? can something be done to make this possible?1 vote -
WooCommerce: Distinguishing the order status
Currently, the automation emails with a wordpress with woocommerce does not allow to distinguish the type of order placed ("processing" for orders that have been paid by credit card for example and "on hold" for orders that must be paid by check).
The two status-dependent order confirmation emails should not have the same content: an email for an order in "processing" indicates that the payment is ok and that the order is being prepared. while an email for an order in "on hold" indicating that the order is awaiting payment and will be prepared only when payment is received.

Restore unsubscribe default link
It would be fantastic if I can go back to use the default URL for unsuscribe. One you enter any of your domain, you can't go back to the default

remember pagination setup
We can change the number of elements displayed on each list pagination. But if we edit an element and go back, we're back on the 1st page with 10 elements.
Really annoying and time consuming when you have big lists (ie: many domains or individual addresses to manage).

Send Email Warning If We Cannot Post Events On Online Queuing System
Provide a warning email when Online Queue system,(i.e. SQS) goes down or we are unable to post events for whatever reason. Similar to what's in place for the Event API when Mailjet cannot post events on the webhook.

Add Last activity when exporting contacts from All contacts
When exporting contacts from All contacts should be good to include Last activity of each user instead of need to download each contact list to extract this data.

EventAPI: Extend Event API Event object with APIKey field
It should be possible to match the eventy object in the response to an APIKey or at least to the from sender id.

I want to deactivate the heat map that is generated for click tracking on the frontend either on sub account or account level

Shared Access search disappears once you select a subaccount
When you are adding a shared access user and you use the search field with a key word that matches multiple sub-account names( which are all the ones you want to select), once you have chose one sub-account the search disappears so you need to scroll to see the rest.
It would be helpful to be able to select multiple accounts from one search instead of having to search again each time.

Display user agent information for open events
As available in the API for specific messages, https://dev.mailjet.com/email/reference/message-events/#v3_get_openinformation_message_ID, it would be great to see the user agent of each open messages to optimize the content accordingly.
