User level Timezone settings.
Right now, the timezone is set at the account level, which means everyone with access sees times based on the primary account’s setting. For teams working across different timezones, this makes it harder to schedule emails, manage automations, or review logs accurately.
We’d like the ability for each user to set their own timezone preference, so that timestamps across the app reflect our local time, even when accessing shared or subaccounts. This would make collaboration easier and reduce confusion around scheduling.

smtp email authentication
Many software cannot be used with mailjet SMTP because of the username.
you provide a long key but without any @domain.com, some software refuse the username.suggestion :
if the username is ABCDEFGH....
Allow to enter ABCDEFGH@fakedomain.com as a username (and just ignore anything after the @)

Save current seach fields and filters
When i go to contact lists, enter a search to find lists it works great, but if i click on a list and go back then i have to enter search information again.
Similarly, if is choose to view 50 items, the find the list i am looking for an click to go back i have to recheck the '50' items.
This adds a LOT of searching, selecting to a simple task that is completely unnecessary. I have my own saas platform and storing current state for each page with regards to search and filtering has improved my users experience…1 vote -
Segmentation for Marketing Campaigns: all contacts from various contact lists
In order to avoid recipients receiving the same campaign multiple times, it would be incredibly useful to be able to create segments for marketing campaigns with the filter: contact is in any of these lists and then select multiple lists.
currently this is only available for automation, but as there is no filter/segment to exclude contacts who received a specific campaign this would be extremely helpful

Subscriber Origin Breakdown
Hola Mailjet team,
We currently use Mailjet to manage and send our email campaigns. Our subscribers can join our contact list through two main sources:
A) API -› When making a reservation on our website (Covermanager), by checking the commercial communications consent box.
B) By filling out a direct subscription form (popup) on our website.
At the moment, Mailjet does not provide a way to distinguish the origin of a subscriber. Having an origin breakdown would be extremely valuable to us, as it would allow us to better understand which channels are most effective for acquiring subscribers.

Form Option Date - show a calendar view rather than adding a date
Rather than adding a date in a particular format, the user expects when filling a form to set the date via a calendar. Can I request a calendar date picker is added for the user of the form to pick a date.

Add a Please Select by default as a Drop Down option
Rather than leading the user towards an option, a Please Select rather than defaulting to show the first defined option in the drop down list would be much better practice.

IP assignment
At present there is no native functionality to assign specific domains to designated IPs.
Please implement the ability to assign domains to IPs. By linking domains to specific IP's, we can ensure that domain-specific traffic is routed through the appropriate IPs, improving both performance and compliance.

More settings for email notifications
I am responsible for email marketing in our team.
However, when I perform A/B tests, the person who opened the Mailjet account for us receives the notification emails.

Be able to edit segments within Automation Workflows
When a segment is made in the new workflow builder and set to be used just in that workflow there is no way to view what the settings are for that segment filter. It would be helpful to be able to see and edit that. It would also be helpful to be able to view the filters for a segment from the workflow editor without having to go to the segment page to view the filters for existing segments.

Il n'est pas possible de visualiser les emails envoyés dans l'historique des emails d'un contact.
Si le sujet de l'email est spécifique, il est possible de le retrouver dans les contenus mais s'il s'agit d'un email générique/ transactionnel, alors il est impossible d'accéder à un aperçu.
L'équipe en relation avec nos clients aurait besoin de prendre connaissance des communications qu'ils reçoivent et dont ces derniers font référence dans leur échange avec notre service pour être sur le même niveau d'information et les aider au mieux. Or, aujourd'hui, il n'est pas possible de visualiser les emails.

ARC (Authenticated Received Chain)
When an email is automatically forwarded by an inbox rule this results in a soft bounce event because of an authentication failure.
ARC, or Authenticated Received Chain, is an email authentication protocol that addresses the limitations of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC when emails are forwarded or pass through intermediaries such as mailing lists or forwarding services.

Contact Search URL
Currently when you do a contact search it runs the search in a background request, or if you change the filters to show only bouncing contacts etc.
It would be a good improvement if the URL updated with query strings to represent the search, this would enable direct linking to search results, most other platforms offer this feature so would be good for alignment.

Unsub reasons
It would be great to be able to track reasons why someone is unsubscribing from a mailing list. There are workarounds for us to do it, but imo it should be an integral part for a mailing tool.

View rejected emails when a sender is not validated on the administration interface.
I'd like to be able to view all the mailings rejected by MailJet because the sender has not been validated.
Today, we receive an email but it's not possible to have an interface that centralizes all the information (sender, recipient, subject). You have to go through a support ticket.2 votes -
Multiple DKIM selector support
Being able to support more than one DKIM selector, would enable clients to effect a seamless DKIM key rotation.
Only supporting one selector means that mailing must be paused whilst DNS propagates

Alerting when IP is blocked
After three days, I discovered that following massive mailings via the API (emails sent in one shot), our dedicated IP had been blacklisted by Microsoft (Hotmail, Live, etc.). After discovering the situation by chance and contacting email support, I was told that our IP had been blocked.
It would be essential that when a majority of emails on a domain are not working, for example due to a blocked IP address, your customer be notified immediately. This alerting system should probably be generalized as soon as abnormal behavior is detected, since you have the information on your end.1 vote
