  1. Innerhalb von MailJet kann eine eigene Schriftart eingesetzt werden.
    Innerhalb eines Eingabefeldes wird jedoch die Schriftart vorgegeben. Das ist nicht Toll.

    Es wäre fantastisch, wenn auch in einem Formular-Eingabefeld die Schriftart verändert werden kann.

    You can use your own font within MailJet.
    However, the font is predefined within an input field. This is not great.

    It would be fantastic if the font could also be changed in a form input field.

    Je travaille avec une douzaine de liste de clients. Quand j'envoie une campagne et qu'ensuite je vais sur "mes campagnes" pour vérifier les résultats, mes différentes listes ne sont pas identifiées ( voir screenshot ci-joint). Serait-il possible de rajouter une colonne "Listes de contacts" ?

    I work with a dozen customer lists. When I send a campaign and then go to "my campaigns" to check the results, my different lists are not identified (see attached screenshot). Would it be possible to add a "Contact lists" column?

  4. As a user of Mailjet, I would like the ability to add complete domains to (sub)accounts in bulk.

    Currently the way to do it is to do this per 1 domain. You first have to validate it, then you get forwarded to the screen for SPF/DKIM.
    I know you can theoretically setup SPF/DKIM ahead of time as this is the same for all the domains.

    However, as a customer with many domains, I would like the ability to add for example ~25 domains in one go. Then provide me all the validation TXT-records, and validate them in the background.

  7. How do I send email to the entire base? It's horrible.
    Another thing, I would like all emails to fall into a list, but this does not exist. very poorly done. This is horrible.

  9. It would be great to include a "website" button in the social media buttons. I would like to direct people to our socials, but also to our actual website! I tried to upload my own icon, but the quality looked horrible in the allotted space constriction. Also allowing the icons to be larger than 32x32 pixels would be great visually and for accessibility!

  10. Enable Automation for User Provisioning

    It will be much easier for admins to manage users in corporate accounts if Mailjet will have a feature of system cross identity management (SCIM) or user functions through API.

    The addition or creating new users has a lot of manual process.

  11. To be able to send an email using a template there must exist an HTML version of the template.
    When a template is created via API the HTML version must be provided in the API call (https://api.mailjet.com/v3/REST/template/{template_ID}/detailcontent).

    If an MJML template is provided to the API end-point, the API doesn't support creating the needed HTML version of the template that must exist for the template to possible to use.

    The only way to get an uploaded MJML template to work is to manually re-publish the API-created template via the web interface. This causes the email editor to automatically…

  13. The former subscription widget had a very helpful expert mode in which we could change the code and define designs and css easily.
    The formbuilder does not have any similar functionality like an expert mode.

  14. Currenlty only Mailjet Support can set ReturnPath. We have hundreds of subaccounts and Mailjet involement is needed for the return Path Setting.
    In order to reduce effort on Mailjet side and also to help us in managing our own subaccounts better, it would be helpful that the Master-Account user is able to do the reurn path setting. If adding this to the frontend takes to much time, it would be enough as a first step, just to have an API for setting the returnpath.

  15. If we want to use rounded buttons everywhere we are forced to use microsoft's VML in the conditional <!--[if mso]> tags.

    The problem that the links in them are not replaced with the tracked links, as they are not an <a href="https://example.com> tag,
    but a <v:roundrect xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word" href="https://example.com">

    It would be great if Mailjet supported replacing the href= inside VML tags as well as <a> tags

  16. Most of my company emails are sent through Mailjet, but a few of our automated processes are not compatible with Mailjet's API. As a result, we're required to send a small portion of our transactional emails through external sources.

    I think it would be really useful to have a feature that tracks analytics for emails sent outside of Mailjet's system (similar to Google's Tracking Pixel) so you could gather insights on email performance even when sent via external platforms. This would be really helpful for maintaining consistency in analytics and reporting.

  17. There was a very useful function, the preview in a new tab of the campaign, before i sent it. I could sent a link of the preview to my supervisor and get approval for the content. And the amazing is that I could do the changes and my supervisor could see them with a reload of the page - so i didn't have to send again and again the campaign for approval with TEST- before sending it to our list of recepients. From last week, this function stopped, I don't know why, and I am very sad. Can ypu put…

  18. It was very difficult to sign in to your feedback site. I had to use the "forgot password" to "reset" my password. But I never had a password for the site, and had not forgotten my password.

    Apparently, the feedback site is its own site requiring one to create an account separately from your Mailjet account. That was not clear anywhere. If the feedback site said "you must create an account separate from your Mailjet account to access this site" then that would not be ideal, but would have prevented hours and days of frustration.

    Would be good to be able to view a list of recipients for example, that have had a bounced say 10 times or more or to be able to filter criteria. Would also be very useful to have more info on the error logs. You tell us to remove bounces but we need more info to make that call.
