kill emails in queue with API
It would be great if we could delete all of our emails in your queue via API.
We had a bug in our software and unfortunately had to watch how emails were processed again and again, which we wanted to delete in any case. Unfortunately, our hands were tied (we did not reach your support either).
Specifically, we kept running into a send limit (even after adjusting our service plan) because it was always the same emails to the same recipients. Of course, these were all blocked by you (fortunately).

sort contacts by recently added
im amazed there is no way to sort contacts by date they were added to the list. I"m trying to test that my API integration is working but I can't see my most recent contacts

Actualisation du lien de désinscription
Gestion du lien de désinscription dans les mails.
Lorsqu'on duplique un modèle de mail pour le traduire et l'envoyer dans une autre langue que l'original, il y a une notification automatique qui propose d'intégrer la lien de désinscription qui semble ne pas être repéré.
Malheureusement cette notification propose une mise à jour qui ne fonctionne pas toujours.
Et au lieu de remplacer le lien original par celui de la nouvelle langue, le système insère le lien en double !
Il serait souhaitable de faire en sorte que le lien de désinscription prenne en considération le choix d'être inséré ou pas.…1 vote -

I am wondering about the following: I am planning to create and launch a web feedback form, where I would ask visitors about their impressions of our website. It is not possible to use the subscription widgets for this, right? Or, if possible, can you explain how? I attached a mock-up form, but it can also look differently. Thanks a lot in advance.

Improve DST awareness & communication
It's possible to schedule campaigns using a TZ (for example "Hobart GMT+10"), however Hobart has Daylight Savings (DST) during summer. In this case the TZ for Hobart is actually GMT+11.
I had a situation recently where I was "in GMT+10", but scheduling a message after the rollover to DST, and I wasn't clear when the message would actually be delivered.
Can the wording / communication on the user interface be improved, to clarify when the message will actually be sent? (hopefully this would be simple).
Ideally the system would become more DST aware, so that if you schedule a meeting…

hello there,
first off all thank you for the quick support solutions. second is I have some issues with mallet let me adresi them to you.
1.i want to set my campaign language to Turkish because unsubscribe page is all English my subscribers won't be able to understand the page.
2. confirmation mail; when my new audience came to my site they asked to confirm their permission again via mail it is too confusing for my audience it would have been nice touch to select it as an option

Hi. I have seen many people in online forums have suggested this over the past few years. I would like to include a "forward to a friend" button in my newsletters. Readers could then be encouraged to easily forward it to a colleague. That colleague would both be able to read the newsletter and have a simple method for subscribing themselves. Thank you.

Wenn man einen gespeicherten Abschnitt dupliziert, wird der Inhalt nicht dupliziert. Man beginnt dann wieder bei 0. Es wäre viel besser, wenn der duplizierte Inhalt im Duplikat dann auch vorhanden wäre.
When you duplicate a saved section, the content is not duplicated. It would be much better if the duplicated content was also present in the duplicate.

Repeatable workflows with api unsubscribe
Allow workflows to be applied to a contact more than once and allow unsubscribe from api. e.g. Send a set of emails via a workflow with a specific call to action that may occur many times within our application. If the contact performs the action they can be unsubscribed from the workflow for that instance.

Embedded forms for the web
Hi. I am thinking about a web feedback form on our website, in which I would ask the visitors (in the form of a pop-up), whether they find the website clear or if they want to provide their feedback. Your subscription forms look great but it would also be useful if we could have other types of embedded forms for the web. Just an idea, not sure if possible to implement. Otherwise, I am happy to have a Mailjet account (just started today). Thanks and regards.

How can we make it automatic? I mean that when they click on it, our email goes directly to the inbox. Feature, code or something will be appreciated.Rgds
