Yo como sugerencia de mejora en la parte el Editor "drag and drop", es mejorar la versión en móviles, faltan características de funcionamiento para estos soportes, como poder dar estilos de texto según dispositivos, como centrar un simple titular en estos o la posibilidad de desactivar elementos en versiones moviles. por lo demas me parece una herramienta muy bien construida, enhorabuena.

  3. We have several accounts for different projects, but now we'd like to merge all of them just into one account. We can't do it because we can't transfer the data from the account. It would be great and useful if we could use these accounts already created to create new subaccounts in the main account. Thanks!

  4. Je pars de mon expérience personnelle avec Mailjet. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'interface, très intuitive par rapport aux autres solutions du marché. Les mails sont toujours arrivés, très vite, sans accrocs.

  5. Wenn man ein Widget erstellt und z.B. die Ubuntu Schrift auswählt, dann wird diese auf der eingesetzten Seite von Google Fonts geladen. Das ist zumind. in Österreich nicht erlaubt und wird inzwischen gestraft, da es beim Laden der Google Fonts von den Google Servern zur Übertragung der IP Adresse kommt. - Wie kann man Widgets verwende ohne dass über das Script widget.modal.js eine Verbindung zu Google Fonts aufgebaut wird. Mailjet ist in diesem Fall NICHT DSGVO konform. - Ich bitte um Info um Schaden von meinen Kunden und mir abwenden zu können.

  7. It is not normal not to be able to block the sending if the quota of emails of the subscription is exceeded in order to avoid unwanted invoicing.

    This feature is useful for resellers paying the subscription for a customer.

  8. It would be great if you could set up a login system whereby one email could be used to log into multiple accounts.

    Eg. instead of using an email address you rather have a User ID.

    Why you might ask?

    I do newsletters for various customers and currently, they cannot add me as a user because my email address is already linked to an account. So they rather send me their user login for me to use. Meaning we are both logged in under one user, making it difficult to see who did what.

  9. Implement customization in sending address validation emails, so that when Mailjet is utilized in a user's own sending platform, the user is able to use their own branding and domain for the validation emails, instead of Mailjet's branding and domain.

  10. Dear Mailjet team,
    I want to use the inbox preview feature as described in this article:
    https://www.mailjet.com/de/blog/produkt/inbox-preview/
    But when I go into the email designer and click on preview, I can only see one mobile and one desktop preview but I want to check it for various email clients. How can I activate it? Does an admin have to do something? I am in a sandbox account.

  11. We are a company with multiple products per division. We need the ability to automate unsubs at product, division and company level. If someone unsubscribes from one campaign I need to ensure they are automatically excluded from that campaign. I would also want the ability for that unsub to trigger further additions to other unsub lists such as the "company wide" list. Having to rely on staff to do so manually each time is not acceptable from a compliance perspective

  12. Top level Account/Sub-Account page showing high level statistics for each sub account. Have the same data range selector capability to show today, 7 days, etc. but show the graphs and totals for each on the same page along with an aggregate section of the entire account. This is more inline with an executive dashboard, having to go through menus to see each sub-account individually and manually calculate aggregate numbers is time consuming and ridiculous.

  13. Dans le cas où le destinataire a en place un logiciel du type MailInBlack, comment puis-je m'assurer de récupérer les emails de réponse MailInBlack afin de passer la validation ?

    A priori des concurrents tels que Sarbacane sont capables de récupérer ces emails et les retourner au sender. Cela nous met régulièrement en difficulté pour l'obtention des contrats.

    I want to know what's my remaining quota on contact management API calls,
    So that I can plan accordingly on my side and queue my calls if needed to avoid hiting the hourly rate limit.

    For example:
    X-RateLimit-Limit - Request limit per hour

  16. Hi mailjet team.

    we are using Zapier to transfer new newsletter subscribers to a CRM (monday).

    Unfortunately the API between mailjet an Zapier only can transfer the email-address, but not other fields / properties.
    As you can understand it would make very sense also to transfer fields like name, gender and so on. Especially to a CRM.

    I would love to hear that this is something that is in development and soon to be ready. We really would like to avoid to move from mailjet to another system.

  19. Integrations often needs to know if a template has changed. At the moment the only way to know that is with a polling mechanism, that's very inefficient.
    A webhook can be a better solution for those cases and can be invoked when published template changes are saved.
