  1. Sometimes, you really want a single opt in form. In my use case, I'd like for users to optionally sign up to enter a raffle after they've completed a rather long survey. This shouldn't require a double opt-in flow.

  2. The former subscription widget had a very helpful expert mode in which we could change the code and define designs and css easily.
    The formbuilder does not have any similar functionality like an expert mode.

  3. Most of my company emails are sent through Mailjet, but a few of our automated processes are not compatible with Mailjet's API. As a result, we're required to send a small portion of our transactional emails through external sources.

    I think it would be really useful to have a feature that tracks analytics for emails sent outside of Mailjet's system (similar to Google's Tracking Pixel) so you could gather insights on email performance even when sent via external platforms. This would be really helpful for maintaining consistency in analytics and reporting.

  4. There was a very useful function, the preview in a new tab of the campaign, before i sent it. I could sent a link of the preview to my supervisor and get approval for the content. And the amazing is that I could do the changes and my supervisor could see them with a reload of the page - so i didn't have to send again and again the campaign for approval with TEST- before sending it to our list of recepients.   5. Hi, could you please add a feature to resend an email via the email API ? It could be done by reusing the MessageId from the initial email to attempt the retry.

    This feature would be useful for automation processes, for example to resend emails when the recipient no longer has access to the initial email

  8. It is a nightmare to be forced to reset api secret key every time we want to view it. It prompts us to stock the key on a excel sheet to be able to add it on new services ( since we cannot have multiple keys on a sub account for the moment). Why dont you allow to see the secret key after a double authentification for instance ? This would be totally safe and we wouldn't have ti reset it every time and change all ours services.

  10. Just some feedback as we're setting up subscription forms with the new form builder: I encounter some unexpected behaviour I would hope to be fixed someday:

    1. language-setting English → German does not persist. After Save everything back to English
    2. wouldn't be so bad if redirect to success page would work, instead, I get english message “Thanks for signing up“ (see screenshot)

  11. Dear Mailjet-Team,

    It would be great if in the future it were possible to add a second check box when creating the form design in the form builder. I would like to have one to say that the person agrees to subscribe to the newsletter and a second one where the person can accept all data protection regulations.

    If you could consider adding that feature in the future, that would be really helpful.

  12. The request is to make an integration with Gravity forms by making an add-on like mailgun: https://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/mailgun/ Integrating mailjet by using zapier is not convenient and isn't stable. So hopefully there will come an add-on.

Even in instances when a shared-access user is the one creating/sending/scheduling an email they do not receive the A/B testing results email which is particularly problematic when the A/B winner is being chosen manually. Because only the account owner receives the email it is their responsibility to choose the winner or further remind the shared-access user that a winner needs to be selected.

    Possible solutions to this problem:
    - The email goes to (or goes to in addition to the owner) the user that scheduled the A/B test.
    - When scheduling an A/B test manually you can specify a user…

  16. Pouvoir effacer complètement une camapagne : aujourd'hui, on peut effacer une camapagne, mais la version en ligne de celle-ci est encore accessible, sans limite de temps ! Il y a une parade, mais elle nécessite de passer par l'API et surtout de connaître l'ID de la camapagne concernée... or cette info disparait avec le temps dans Mailjet.

  19. Currently an account cannot use both two-factor authentication and SSO simultaneously. This means:
    1) Any account using SSO has an insecure owner login (as it cannot use SSO and with SSO enabled cannot use two-factor auth)
    2) Any account using two-factor auth has insecure shared user accounts or cannot share access

    It is important for the owner account to be able to login without SSO, just in case anything goes wrong with this configuration. However having SSO enabled should not prevent the owner account from being able to use two-factor and therefore be as secure as possible.

  20. The segmentation system allows for segmenting contacts based on emails that they have "opened" or "clicked", but not emails they have been "sent".

    This would be particularly useful for preventing a single user from getting too many emails in a short amount of time.

    It may also be useful to have this "sent" segment be able to include (or not include) transactional emails sent on the account.
