Copy Past from Dashboard is not holding its Form
When you copy and paste the status report table from the web page, the first row is well-formatted, but all subsequent rows have a leading and a trailing carriage return before/after the status value. My request would be that you correct the format so that those extra carriage return are no longer present.

Hold Filter on SMS Export
If you filter for a phone number, the exported CSV file should also include only those entries for the given phone number. Currently the export ignores a filtered phone number.

SMS export function to allow to select between comma and semicolon as separator
The exported CSV file uses comma as separator, while in German speaking countries Excel expects the semicolon as separator. My request would be that the export function allows to select between comma and semicolon as separator.

Apply the pre-blocking list by dedicated IP or on the shared pool to avoid global blocking.
Currently, if a recipient sends a hardbounce, all Mailjet senders are blocked, including those with a dedicated IP. It would be interesting to block only those belonging to shared pools (to avoid a drop in the overall score) and let the dedicated IPs make a reputation for themselves.

RSS improvements (customization and automated sending)
Hello, the RSS import functionality is very limited. I would like to be able to customize the import style to have automatically a custom button (color, rounding, text). To be able to automate the sending of email with an RSS feed that feeds itself at the time of sending. Moreover, why is the image of my feed not displayed, even though it is present on the feed (https://iris-creativite.com/blogiris/feed)?

Croatian Language on unsibscribe page
PLease enable more languages in unsubscription form or make unsubscription form customizable, because we need Croatian language, Slovenian language and Serbian language.

Resume a stopped Workflow
We would like to suggest that Mailjet would have a function to be able to resume a Stopped workflow.
We can't use the Lock Workflow because we want to totally pause all email send outs to the contacts currently enrolled to the workflow.

Mailjet Event notifications + Slack = ????
Hello, I find the Webhook feature very interesting. Unfortunately, the content of the JSON sent to an event (bounce, spam, etc) does not contain the fields required by the webhook provided by Slack.
Indeed, Slack requires at least one of the following fields: text / fallback / attachments. (documentation here: https://api.slack.com/messaging/webhooks#threads)It would be very convenient to add this text field in the JSON currently sent by Mailjet.

Day X at expiration
If I create a flow that goes off as soon as I add a contact to a contact list, then I should be able to time all messages there from that moment.
New contact in the list = time X
X + 1 day: message 1
X + 3 days: Message 2
X + 5 days: Message 3In the current system, I would have to count the days between each event in order to send a message exactly one week after day X.

Mobile builder
Please add a mobile design like WordPress or Wix because things get messy. There is a mobile view but if you can't redesign it it doesn't make much sense.

Color bullets

Limiting sends by user or domain
it would be fantastic to limit the amount of email a domain can send even how many emails a day or month can an address send, that will allow us to limit our problematic users those who send email chains etc.

Remove Bot Clicks from stats

Non-breaking space in Text
It would be very helpful if you could set a "none-breaking-space" in the text. Also codes for special punctuation marks or special characters, such as a "none-breaking-hyphen".

It would be great to receive a notification when someone subscribes to the newsletter. I often need to update new subscribers to Capitalize their first or last name for example.

Administration of Shared Access Users
If someone has been shared access with the role Manager, they should be able to further share access to other users.
In other words not only the admin of the account should be able to shared access.
