  4. Provide a warning email when Online Queue system,(i.e. SQS) goes down or we are unable to post events for whatever reason. Similar to what's in place for the Event API when Mailjet cannot post events on the webhook.

  7. It should be possible to match the eventy object in the response to an APIKey or at least to the from sender id.
    Both properties are not delivered as properties of the event object.

  8. When going close or above a certain threshold rate for Hardbounces, Spam Complaints, Unsubs etc. , a client will receive an automatic email.

    Would it be possible to generate the same or a similar alert for Softbounces as a Softbounce can be a sign of poor deliverability.

  14. Right now, the percentage of open rates by ISP is calculated over the total opens. I would like to see the percentage calculated over the total number of emails sent instead.

  15. When you are adding a shared access user and you use the search field with a key word that matches multiple sub-account names( which are all the ones you want to select), once you have chose one sub-account the search disappears so you need to scroll to see the rest.

    It would be helpful to be able to select multiple accounts from one search instead of having to search again each time.

  18. As available in the API for specific messages, https://dev.mailjet.com/email/reference/message-events/#v3_get_openinformation_message_ID, it would be great to see the user agent of each open messages to optimize the content accordingly.

  19. Based on a real-world ticket:

    We are using Mailjet as an SMTP relay for our domain, and the only valid sender address we have set up is our domain sender address "@mydomain.com". Now when emails are soft bounced, one could go to the Mailjet web portal and on the Stats page view which emails were not delivered and more importantly which individual sender sent the email (for example "harry@mydomain.com" taken from the email's From field). Therefore Harry could be informed that his email was not delivered.

  20. Hello. A couple of things that would make MailJet more user-friendly.
    1) If the Email Name column could be manually expanded to show the entire name. We often indicate in the name if email is for Customers, Prospects or Reps.
    2) If there was ability to create tags to group and view email stats. We would tag emails by prospect type or industry vertical.
