Activate or deactivate open and click tracking for some subaccounts only
It is currently possible in Mailjet to activate or deactivate open and click tracking. However, the activation or deactivation of the tracking is applied for the whole account and all its subaccounts.
I would like the ability to activate tracking on some subaccounts and deactivate it on others.

Sandbox Mode with Sandbox Page
For testing puporses -especially with SMTP- it would be helpful to have a setting per subaccount where we can activate "Sandbox Mode".
As long as the sandbox mode is active all triggered email -regardless via API or SMTP- should not be delivered via Mailjet, but it should stored and rendered via a Sandbox Overview Page in the Dashboard area.9 votes -
More information on notification emails
Many notifications emails come without some important information which make the investigating process a lot more painful and time consuming.
Example here attached is a failed A/B Test, which was wrongfully set on Manual.
On the email there is no notification as to which sub account or campaign the error is referring to.This would a useful addition.

Group campaigns by categories or tags using UTMs
Currently, the UTM settings are set on the account and enable to do tracking on a campaign level. I would like to be able to also do tracking on campaign category level, for example to group independently weekly and daily newsletters.
One way to do this could be to override UTM settings at the campaign level.

Please make Mailjet responsive or develop a mobile app. It is impossible to use on small screens.

See growth and changes to a contact list
Daily or weekly email on changes to a contact list. Mailchimp has this and it's a nice feature. I can't see how to monitor the growth of my list over time.

Filter register-date for one specific day
When creating a segment is not possible to filter register-date for specific day example: 7 days ago.
Using the condition on the last 7 days it includes from the day 1 until 7, not allowing to specificied one day.2 votes -

Don't strip hyperlinks when copy-pasting
I copy and paste content into my newsletter emails, and that content often includes hyperlinks. But your mail editor strips out the links, forcing me to re-create each one! It's a painstaking process, especially since my emails contain a list of blog posts (20-30 posts) and each needs to be linked.
I just want my copy and paste to carry hyperlinks over.

WooCommerce: Distinguishing the order status
Currently, the automation emails with a wordpress with woocommerce does not allow to distinguish the type of order placed ("processing" for orders that have been paid by credit card for example and "on hold" for orders that must be paid by check).
The two status-dependent order confirmation emails should not have the same content: an email for an order in "processing" indicates that the payment is ok and that the order is being prepared. while an email for an order in "on hold" indicating that the order is awaiting payment and will be prepared only when payment is received.
